You should see if you can clean up the white leather jacket first, it’s such a beautiful vintage piece. If it doesn’t work out then possibly do some sort of artsy project.

I think hand wash the white leather Jacket and if the stains don't come out then go to town painting it!! Keep the thrifting and DIY video's coming. I would love to see a closet tour, room tour and some collection video's. Like a sweater collection, jewellery collection, art work collection and a clown core, 80's and Japanese street style lookbook would be cool!!!

I loved watching you change regular art to spooky art. If the idea inspires you, I think it would be adorable if you made some of those creepy grandma figurines that are always at the thrift (you know the ones), into a beloved character from Studio Ghibli or Nintendo or whatever gets your goat. OR you can find a willing victim in your life to thrift for and style in your branded fun and funky way. I found your channel by chance, but now I’m rooting for you to get a million subs even though I’m a 33 yo lady in NY and probably should be thinking about taxes or something instead. Hope you have a glorious day and you don’t get any side eye from those deer outside ❤
I’ve thrown many a vintage leather item in the wash (clothes, shoes, bags) with only a little laundry liquid on cold, then flap out to unwrinkle and air dry. I mean, cows can stay outside in the rain, right? If needed, hang up in the sunshine on a not-too-warm day for further unscenting and/or leave paper bags of baking soda in the pockets and hanging from the hanger top when you store it.
I'm so glad to see someone else have a cart that is stacked to the gills with stuff when thrifting, because no one else in the store has their carts stacked like I do and it makes me self conscious 🥲
OK lotsa leather jacket thoughts from me: scully is a really great western brand! I would add a lacey or tulle fun hemline to make it longer and attempt to deep clean it first. Despite popular belied, leather can go in the washing machine if you are very careful! And those are my thoughts. Also that green velvet dress was awe inspiring. K love ya xoxo
That is really cool to learn about Scully, thank you! I totally believe it about the washing machine. I think what usually bites people in the butt is when they put stuff in the dryer. I basically air dry all of my clothes 😆. Wasn't that green dress amazing? Sigh. I'll keep an eye out for more holiday dress goodness

I'm a Scorpio too! In fact, today (Nov 6) is my 66th birthday! Yah! Love the cool upside-down-pants-pockets + doily-collared denim jacket...totally unique. Love the white leather trench! Must've cost a pretty penny in it's day. I believe in you! You'll get her all cleaned and smelling pretty, I'm sure. The dress is divine and is, indeed, a perfect fit. ♥

I think you should paint the leather trench!
Wipe it down with coconut oil, turn it inside out and sun that bad boy to get the funk out. Wear it a bit just white and then paint it. Best of both worlds.

Sort of pains me to say because it’s soooo amazing, but CUSTOMIZE the white leather trench! Unsolicited ideas: negative space no face all over print; demon slayer funky pattern kimono style; or you could go on a thrift adventure for a bedazzler (I’m old😂) and stud the crap out of it!!!

Im a new subby, so a bit late to the video. White leather coat, maybe you have done something already lol, will have to go thru your vids..but I had a pair of white stilletos once and just flicked paint all over them but do envisage an uneven diamond pattern to give depth and angles. Quite labour intensive. Just amazing thrift shops in the US.

I think it would be really cute to paint the trench. You could always start small with a border and go bigger if you liked the result.

The denim coat - it is clear where you are wearing it while thrifting that it is constructed from old jeans..... You can clearly see the "Lee" label on the back lower edge during the thrift!
The white leather coat.....if it were me, I would have it professionally cleaned so it wasn't crusty and then decide if it needed a DIY 🤷 that's just me ...

If it's real leather, saddle soap will help clean the white trench. If that doesn't clean up the blemishes, then I say get you some leather paint and have at it!
