There's no need to apologise for background noise that is basically just the rest of your household living their lives - as much as we all sometimes wish we could live in a library, we do understand that other people exist, so unless there's a road being dug up outside or jets flying low overhead, don't worry about it. Also, canine cameos are much appreciated by me, at least! It looks like a fun mix of books this month - a little bit of everything.
