I have a question, say if you have autism and mental disorder or health problem and you were under emotional distress and someone provoked (hitting you) you and you slapped them once, is that a valid defense? And say once the court dismiss the charge due to lack of evidence, would the file be all closed down then once if they completely dropped the charges?

I was like ok. The sherriffs department showed up at my place asking me what happened and if i touched her i said yes but she offered to show me her tatoes and her arm. They issued me a ticket for class c assault with physical contact..so freaking petty i cant believe. I didnt touch her provocatively or nothing. I simply turn her hand out wardly so i could see her tat a little better. Wtf she was really sweet to me the whole time even kissed my dog goodbye. This is crazy
