This is quite nice! I like how it has purpose for the npc's that live there.

Awesome build. I especially like the cafeteria at ~10:30 Last build was Reeb Marina like 2 months ago then I fell into the Elden Ring DLC hole. Gonna ease back into it with Home Plate.

Greetings, all! Salutations, Mr. SpoonerDee! Finch City--hmm...has a certain ring to it--NOICE! Love the Betty Boop show on the TV. Impressive drama scene rooms; a bit dark, but definitely humorous 😅.
It's a bummer about the elvator buttons, but the stairs are cool too. Hey, nice missile launcher demos! Love the docks and boats. Your castle teaser is VERY effective, and I'm sure the finished product will live up to it's promo! Thanks for the great tour, Mr. SpoonerDee! (BTW, if you ever feel inspired to do yet another castle build--I hope 🤩, have you considered a build overlooking a lake or river--like the one near Santuary or at/ near Lynn Woods, and doing a futuristic chrome-silver Camelot-type with a mod for snow/winter? The lighting would be spectacular, especially after dark! That would be a change of scene, yes?)

There is a climbable ladder mod on nexusmods by neeher. Animated so yu can see companions and npcs can use them.
Spooner has like a gazillion mods.. honestly I’d be horrified to add one more but then I play on Ps5 so it’s different 😭🥲
@Isiahkan technically "Zabrina's Workshop" has a climbable ladder that I could have used, but at the time, I didn't think of it lol
thats an awesome build... I have looked for many of the mods you use and cant seem to find them.
@sydekontrol2330 Most are on Nexus mods for PC I only use a few on Bethesda's website
