“We can start to embrace and enjoy habits that we form for ourselves, you only have to adopt it if you want something to be different in your life” - Ryan Leslie. That was my lesson for today.

This man Ryan Leslie is one of the few artist, producers, engineers etc that made it from the ground up by himself with pure work ethic and hustle. No co-sign or pull in the industry. Nothing. This is a Gem of a interview💯💯💯
True power never showcases itself as powerful or tough. People who give a display of aggression are weak. Being genuine is important and the 48 laws of power is only a guide to wake us up. Not all of us are cunning by nature. Most of us, just want to protect our families.
I havent listened to an interview tightly condensed with SO MANY GEMS in one place. You've got with this interview guys. Thank you Ryan Leslie too for sharing your wisdom, im taking furious notes!
So many gems from Ryan Leslie in this interview. As a musician/producer, and someone who loves entrepreneurship, this is like magic. That being said, the advice he gives can be used for pretty much anything in life to help you succeed.
Without a doubt the best interview you guys have done thus far. Leslie has so much wisdom and really communicates it well. Keep the great content coming fellas.
Ryan is dope! A genius. Invaluable interview. Inspirational, intellectual, realistic, genuine, clear, intriguing, engaging... super dope! He dropped a lot of gem. Appreciate it!
2:42 yup me being from Puerto Rico that’s how i discovered Ryan Leslie through RUclips with the making of “thankful” like in 2015. I fell in love with the whole thing the song, the way he produced, what it said, the beat. It inspired me a lot and from there I kept looking up some more of his stuff. Cool dude, wise man and a musical genius. Thank you Ryan!!! You’re underrated bro💯
most important things i took from this; 1) emotional attachment leads to irrational decision making 2) you should try to make 30 calls a day towards your passion + regularly attend events/conferences related to your passion 3) push yourself out of your comfort zone when forming new habits (just like how you push yourself to consume liquor)
This was a really great, grownup conversation than is far greater than the music industry. I appreciate this one and it was definitely something meant for me. Peace.
R. LES is an incredible producer! I had the pleasure of engineering on the "minute freshen up" video. I couldn't believe how hands on he was on all aspects of producing those videos and how calculated he was in with all his decisions. I learned so much that day and today watching this Interview. Thank you guys at producergrind for putting this together.
@@Producergrind Watching this again, I thought of something super random. I'm not sure if Ryan Leslie and Zaytoven know each other personally, but i think they would be great friends/ a great duo... both heavily into God, both very intelligent business wise and musically and they both dont drink nor smoke. I also think these are the type of people in the music industry we need to look at as our role models. You dont need the pills, weed, alcohol to become a successful musician at all. Anyway, nothing but gems from these last couple episodes. Thanks guys.
