In this video Ryan talks about how important relationship building skills and communication are for a music producer or any successful entrepreneur. most important things i took from this;
1) emotional attachment leads to irrational decision making
2) you should try to make 30 calls a day towards your passion + regularly attend events/conferences related to your passion
3) push yourself out of your comfort zone when forming new habits (just like how you push yourself to consume liquor)

I'm not sure if Ryan Leslie and Zaytoven know each other personally, but i think they would be great friends/ a great duo... both heavily into God, both very intelligent business wise and musically and they both dont drink nor smoke. I also think these are the type of people in the music industry we need to look at as our role models. You dont need the pills, weed, alcohol to become a successful musician at all.
