I bought Daymond John's book "The Power of Broke" when it 1st came out. I read it twice! I ended up giving it to my bro who was running a Hip Hop label in Seattle bc it inspired me so much. Passing on knowledge is a gift in itself and I thank you Tip and Daymond for adding substance to us who are trying to do something with our lives. Much love! ❤🎵🎤💪

Starting small, finishing a logo, drawing up some shirts with my brother, taking our time but every move just has to be better than the last, watching this man speak is so helpful, and starting small is a reinforcement to what I’m doing, hopefully it does good by the Will of God !!!

Daymond John has really evolved. I really hope by him talking about what he did4r the black culture in the day. Will encourage him to create classes, build a school, or something to continue his love for black people. He expanded his knowledge and became the best version of himself versus staying stuck in the early 2000's like many of the people that was with him or around him then.

John Wayne I disagree with you on that. There is a way to talk about yourself in an interview w/o taking the attention off of your subject. All the greatest interviewers know this, famous or not. It is an art form that few can or will take the time to really understand. T.I. understands he is a novice, that’s why he’s learning how to do it properly.

TI, another great episode. It was great to hear you and Daymond John chop it up. He helped me get my start back in the early '90s when I opened my two stores in Waikiki and later when I did business in Japan. I met him and his brothas at the Magic Show in Las Vegas and he (via N.W.) was the first to offer me not only Fubu fashion, footwear, and accessories but also a line of credit.
