In this class, we expect ample room and comfort, but the Q7 adds agility, earning it a 2017 10Best award. The base engine is a 252-hp 2.0-liter turbo four; a 333-hp 3.0-liter supercharged V-6 is optional. Both engines pair with an eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive; available four-wheel steering and an air suspension help the Q7 remain composed. The high-quality interior features the latest in infotainment, including the optional Virtual Cockpit, a 12.3-inch driver-facing cluster.

I was doing 80 in one these when I test drove it and had no sensation that I was going that fast. What a great ride.
Bradley Faulk had a Nissan and it was the same. Don't think that has anything to do with the car.
I have a 2017 Q7 3.0T Prestige and absolutely love it! Smooth, elegant, sturdy and capable are just a few of the ways I describe it...
Thanks a big bunch for doing the Q7 review and giving feedback. I have fortunately looked at and test drove the Q7. Very similar to your findings and feedback from Consumer Reports. This is my dreamcatcher. The steep price of the car has really disciplined me to SAVE UP big for the dreamcatcher!!!!

I’ve had a 2007 mdx for last 10 years has 190k miles- I want something more exciting to drive so I do t want another mdx - looking at these and really like them

this is the cheapest 2017 I have ever seen, no led, no 4 zone, no virtual cockpit, still great size, comfort and 3rd row though :)
I have that same car the ONLY problem is the BRAKES makes so much noise in the morning! It's so Embarrassing to have such a nice car and you take off And a brake squeal like crazy... I've taken it to the Dealership 3 time and they said all of them do the same thing because they are high performance brakes. I'm getting rid of it next year just because of this problem. I was at a resort last year in this family was telling me how nice the car was in when I took off the brakes squealed like crazy they was an shocked and I was EMBARRASSED mad....
LOL. I had the same problem with my BMW 428i Grand Coupe with M-sports brakes. It was a bit embarrassing just because of how fancy the car looked, not really embarrassing per se. Now that I bought a Q7 it seems I'll never get off that curse!
It is unbelievable that Audi did this flagship without any entertainment (DVD players)

it does look quite blue though. we ordered the ink blue but have never seen one in person. if it does look like this then we are happy!!

These cars are fast. I wish they would slow it down a bit. For safety. Maybe 0-60 in 9 seconds would be nice.
sandofarms Faster acceleration can get you out of dangerous situations more quickly. If you don't want to go as fast, let off on the throttle.
