Great review. I love the in ear microphone test. I ordered a set of these literally minutes before seeing this vid, and your review really helped. I really wanted some Bose headphones. As they are the standard for travel headphones, plus the size is a little more compact, but these were on sale for 99 bucks at Amazon, and I have several soundcore earbuds that sound great for the price point. So I figured I'd take a chance on these. Thanks again for the great sound test!

I got a pair today. My head JUST fits. Slight discomfort. Need more stretch on the band. I found in the app you can turn normal mode off and just switch between noise cancelling and aware.

I was going to say, you will need to connect to 3.5 jack but you already know that. I think they are fine as long as you have a separate mic. I don't think the mics are particularly great on these.

I have a Q20i and in the NFC mode there is a strong hisss noise that makes my head explode when it's on for more then 5 minutes straight.It's like they are generating some kind of pressure in my ears. Great video bro. Honestly using earphones to transfer to us what you hear is great. But I’m not convinced 100% about the bass quality of the sound. To me they aren't as basey. But I have trouble with bass noises anyways. These things are MUCH clearer than most of the higher end headphones I've bought in the past and gave away.

I purchased the Q45 10 months ago and I'm afraid to say the plastic sliders on each end of the headband break easily cracks appear and eventually whole piece will break apart. You will end up trying to hold it together with black electric or duct tape. Lesson in buying quality. If it moves and it's plastic it's just a matter of time or accidental drop that it will break.

hey! i bought q45 headphones. listening impressions as positive as possible. however, i am annoyed by the notorious interruption of listening while listening to a playlist on spotify. it happens on average every few songs. suddenly, it interrupts the playing song (bluetooth connection is maintained) and stops playing. I do not know whether to claim it or maybe I have some bad settings. I'll add that I'm using a Galaxy A55 and the headphone soft is updated. Does anyone know what this is due to? I would be grateful for help.
One thing i wonder as you demonstrate it in this video - do you have to listen to (loud) music to block sound or is it just setting it on noise cancelling and gone is your backgroundnoise? Then it would be perfect to sit on my balcony without hearing the busy street and it would not be needed to listen to music at all?😊
This is with any noise cancelling headphones. If you use Noise cancelling without music there is a little pressure in your ear and it can be irritating for some.
This comes down to the fragile band & some dissapointed purchase reviews on that matter, i can not commit to the price if it breaks prematurely compared to any other option.

The XM5 just look so cheap and are upon examination very cheaply built . Sony abandoned the unrivaled fit of the XM3 XM4 Which is better than any headphones in my collection . I feel like a peasant wearing the XM5s And Sony Felt It A Good Thing To Up The Price By $50.00 . I Returned 2 Pairs Of XM5s Months Apart Trying To See The Value In Them And Other Than The ANC Their Is No Value I Could Find In The XM5s . My SoundCore Q35 & Q45 Have Better Sound Quality And Look Much Nicer Especially The Q45 .

@MrPiootr81 I did an ultimate comparison called Q35 VS Q45 ULTIMATE COMPARISON Video Check it out . I 100 percent agree the xm5 don't sound so good neither do the xm3 or xm4 . I Use Q35 And Q45 as far as anc headphones and the sound quality is so much more pleasing . I also have my custom eq videos for Q35 & Q45 that all but 1 person has thanked me for and raved about . The Q30 Don't Support LDAC but using a btrk3 or btr7 with q30 Powered off you can get LDAC and the sound quality is very Noticeably Better. I have xm3 Sony over ear anc and only use them to sleep in because of the.awesome anc .

Tried them out. Took them back. Noise canceling is ok thought it would be a lot better. Sound quality was poor IMO, a little better than my airpods. My ears definitely got hot wearing these. For me not worth the money. Over-hyped.

Well from a nerd’s (which is me) perspective, I think this pair is very good compare to its predecessor and u can make them sound as good as an expensive audiophile driven headphones ( like for example - Bose or AKG and Sony too) using its app…it’s just u need some knowledge in doing some tweaking and testing with app coz it has LDAC codec built in which is Sony’s signature designed codec.😊 Ah…don’t worry about the comment being just promotional coz …I personally have them and sticker with it after trying so many headphones. This pair ticks all right boxes…atleast for me.😊

Great review. I love the in ear microphone test. I ordered a set of these literally minutes before seeing this vid, and your review really helped. I really wanted some Bose headphones. As they are the standard for travel headphones, plus the size is a little more compact, but these were on sale for 99 bucks at Amazon, and I have several soundcore earbuds that sound great for the price point. I found in the app you can turn normal mode off and just switch between noise cancelling and aware.

I was going to say, you will need to connect to 3.5 jack but you already know that. I think they are fine as long as you have a separate mic. I don't think the mics are particularly great on these.

You can also use this transparent mode on the Q35 by touching the left ear.Or it is controlled by phone. Yes, the Q45 has a button, but I am very curious about whether it can be changed by touching the left earphone. I am really stuck. I would be very happy if someone who knows could enlighten me. Now I'm on the side of buying Q45 because ANC and balanced sound are important to me..

To me they aren't as basey. But I have trouble with bass noises anyways. These things are MUCH clearer than most of the higher end headphones I've bought in the past and gave away.

I have watched 30 reviews for the q45 and this is the best one!!! I will be purchasing these headphones. They someone needs to give you some brand deals ASAP
I purchased the Q45 10 months ago and I'm afraid to say the plastic sliders on each end of the headband break easily cracks appear and eventually whole piece will break apart. You will end up trying to hold it together with black electric or duct tape. Lesson in buying quality. If it moves and it's plastic it's just a matter of time or accidental drop that it will break.
Right this fact is keeping me from buying.

hey! i bought q45 headphones. listening impressions as positive as possible. however, i am annoyed by the notorious interruption of listening while listening to a playlist on spotify. it happens on average every few songs. suddenly, it interrupts the playing song (bluetooth connection is maintained) and stops playing. I do not know whether to claim it or maybe I have some bad settings. I'll add that I'm using a Galaxy A55 and the headphone soft is updated. Does anyone know what this is due to? I would be grateful for help.

One thing i wonder as you demonstrate it in this video - do you have to listen to (loud) music to block sound or is it just setting it on noise cancelling and gone is your backgroundnoise? Then it would be perfect to sit on my balcony without hearing the busy street and it would not be needed to listen to music at all?😊
This is with any noise cancelling headphones. If you use Noise cancelling without music there is a little pressure in your ear and it can be irritating for some.
This comes down to the fragile band & some dissapointed purchase reviews on that matter, i can not commit to the price if it breaks prematurely compared to any other option.

if you use 50-75% volume you are fine but over 75 it may leak if its very quite

The XM5 just look so cheap and are upon examination very cheaply built . Sony abandoned the unrivaled fit of the XM3 XM4 Which is better than any headphones in my collection . I feel like a peasant wearing the XM5s And Sony Felt It A Good Thing To Up The Price By $50.00 . I Returned 2 Pairs Of XM5s Months Apart Trying To See The Value In Them And Other Than The ANC Their Is No Value I Could Find In The XM5s .

I 100 percent agree the xm5 don't sound so good neither do the xm3 or xm4 . I Use Q35 And Q45 as far as anc headphones and the sound quality is so much more pleasing . I also have my custom eq videos for Q35 & Q45 that all but 1 person has thanked me for and raved about .
The Q30 Don't Support LDAC but using a btrk3 or btr7 with q30 Powered off you can get LDAC and the sound quality is very Noticeably Better.

Tried them out. Took them back. Noise canceling is ok thought it would be a lot better. Sound quality was poor IMO, a little better than my airpods. My ears definitely got hot wearing these. For me not worth the money. Over-hyped.

Well from a nerd’s (which is me) perspective, I think this pair is very good compare to its predecessor and u can make them sound as good as an expensive audiophile driven headphones ( like for example - Bose or AKG and Sony too) using its app…it’s just u need some knowledge in doing some tweaking and testing with app coz it has LDAC codec built in which is Sony’s signature designed codec.😊

Q45 Have Less Bass But Still Enjoyable Bass However Nothing I've Done Makes Q45 As Punchy As Q35 Bass .
Q35 Has Auto Pause Funtion But It Works Even When Im Just Chewing Or Yawning So I Disabled It .
Q45 Don't Have Auto Pause Function Which Is Fine Since I'd Just Disable It Anyway .
Q35 & Q45 Can Be Listened Wired Passively AKA Powered Off And They Both Sound Their Absolute AweSomeNess PerSoNiFied Best Like This .
