Ooh, interesting, didn't know that. Got the idea when looking at animations on how diffraction gratings work :) But I'll definitely credit them, thanks
First mechanism reminded me of an older technic set with a turquoise machine and a purple machine. They extended arms like that to punch targets on the other machine to eject the pilots.
Well I have used the first one, the scissors technique for a great magic effect called Ring Tower! Your version is very interesting, need to explore that 😊
You might enjoy one of Henry Segerman's video if you don't come frome there already. The 5th mechanism with the sliding racks in 3 axis. He just made it with only interconnected and purposefully shaped racks. No pinions. It's amazing to see, just like this one!
Honestly, the only thing I thought about was the reduction and the design of the three watch hands on the same axis. Maybe I'll assume the motor has constant 405rpm, but that's an interesting question.
My childish behavior has lead me to believe that you have stolen the SML cookie crisps song. (This is a joke and a bad reference! I know it’s just free music)
motorizing the recursive spinner and putting it on a display would be so cool
Ooo, that first one is interesting… could be used to make a platform that rotates as it rises, or a Koenigsegg-style car door
Thanks for the shout out! Also number 3 is very similar to Oskar van Deventer’s “geared whiplash”, now mass produced as “tailspin”.

Congratulations! You have summoned the entire neurodivergent community!!!
i was just thinkin on how soothin this is to watch... and then i see your comment!! 100%
Weren't they already here? (A lot of autistic kids I see are huge into lego and stuff)
Now it's called neuroconvergent :)
@@idvarhurd huh?
Love your vids! Such fun and satisfying creations!
every time 2in1 bricking posts i get super excited

Wassup Lego fans today we are going to make Lego Technic into art
Your ideas are very good ❤
#1 going on a Bionicle build for sure.
I could see the potential for some sort of Lego puzzle box utilising these mechanisms.
Well I have used the first one, the scissors technique for a great magic effect called Ring Tower! Your version is very interesting, need to explore that 😊
Can you please built the complete expanding cube to show how it expanse?
I love this guys videos
These are super cool!
I am SATISIFIED with this video!
Build. The. Cube. O_O
Indeed very satisfying 😍. The last one is 🤯
Satisfying indeed! Fun video
Simply awesome

Yep, he's linked in the description. Actually, the thing that was directly inspired was #3 :)
@@in1 OPS my bad! Nice you know him! :)
These builds open portals to different dimensions
These are all cool, but #2, the kaleidocycle, is unnerving! 😮
I would love to see a practical use for each one tbh
Well, I used the scissors technique, so nr 1, for a magic trick called Ring Tower comparable with Tenyo’s Crystal Cleaver
Thank you :)
Owsom and so satisfying ☺️
Hi I am French and I love your videos could you make a video how to make a clock with a basic motor
That's actually on my idea list :)
@@in1 how would you keep the pace constant? would you need the motor to power a pendulum or huygen drive or something?
Honestly, the only thing I thought about was the reduction and the design of the three watch hands on the same axis. Maybe I'll assume the motor has constant 405rpm, but that's an interesting question.
II love your videos
You anadlaly said i 2 times
@@maddieburge3752 I must inquire, what does the word "anadlaly" mean?
Good builds
Please make sure to like and subscribe so he can afford to make the entire expanding cube.
Gear,paper,siccors
Oh you have miror 2×2 cube
@@besiege_player mirror* and it’s a scramble cube, jsyk
The 3d gear rack idea you came up with is impossible to build
Can't be that impossible when I've built it
@@in1 I would've wished knex invented gear racks that way I could build some kind of marble pusher
Maybe for your next video, try and build an expanding cube@@in1
