Speed work with bands is really good between max effort sessions. What most people do wrong is use waaaaaay too much band tension to get enough speed. Single reds are plenty for me
@Matt Wenning I appreciate that! It would be nice if it was programmed that way, but then put in the instructions alternates. When Teddy was handling the app, I bought several of the specialty bars, bands, chains, then he left, we stopped using them. I prefer that variation and that's what kept me motivated and excited about going to the gym after 20 plus years of lifting. Your varations programming is awesome!!! And I believe it definitely helps with longevity and Joint soreness. As someone who beat their body up trying to grind for all these years, that variation got me back in the game. 😁❤️

Problem is many don’t have the tools on tactical - we try to cater for middle of the road equipment
