I filmed an urban exploration video in this area last year. Grace Lehto used to own this land before she moved away. She was an artist. That is why you see all of those cars. The car graveyard was built in a floodplain which is why you see those empty lots of land. The City of Austin is buying out properties in that area. The metal barns were built in 1947. Update: I have more information about the car graveyard! The oldest car found there was 1955 Model T Ford. The rest of the cars and license plates were from the 60s, 70s, and 80s. Reasons why the cars remain in tact is because it would cost more to haul away those cars which is more than the monetary value of that property was worth.
I have now revisited this location in a follow up video. History about the property and its previous owners are discussed in this urbex video. ruclips.net/video/hFEY9czzlV8/видео.html
