how do i buy it? it doesn’t really give me an option
That's odd. Make sure that your sim has enough money to afford it. It's a very expensive house. Also make sure that it's still a residential house. Go into the build mode and check to see if it's residential and if it's not, set it to be so you can buy it. :D
