He folks, I understand that Parkside is made by an Einhell daughter company. I wonder whether Parside and Einhell can be interchanged more easily? Also I am wondering who makes the batteries for Ferm and Ferrex (Aldi) and whether there are any adapters on the market which would make those cheaper batteries usable on makita drills etc. The might not last as long before empty but he I can buy two or tree of those batteries for the price of one Makita battery. :-)
They get that complicated to protect their battery sales...must be important to them. Only standards/legislation for connections between battery and tool will really solve this forced incompatibility issue.
There was time when almost all the mobile phone brands had their own charger/connector. But the situation changed. Maybe it will be also changed in the sphere of cordless tools.
good to know but after cutting/isolating third pin near negative connector with BMS circuit not connect, are you able to charge correctly the Enkho battery with its charger? I think the charging process will not be good
Thanks very much, i searched for the Value of the middle pins to run parkside Performance tools at 5 cells. With only positive and negative, the tools dont run, show error. Thank you

@@bjorncarlsson7132 PAP 20 A1 and PAP 20 B1 are 20V 2 Ah batteries; PAP 20 A3 is definitely 20V 4 Ah battery. So, PAP 20 B3 also should be 20V 4 Ah battery. In this case PAP 20 B3 should not be used together with PAP 20 B1 because of different capacities, as you have 40V-device, so, one battery will be flat twice sooner than the other.
Parkside charger won't work, of course, as it needs the corresponding ID signal from ID pin of the battery. You can use any charger with DC-DC converter and adjust it to 20V and 2A. Connect + and - to the corresponding slots of the battery.

I think aldi tools are made by worx hope this helps.

@@powerbatterychannel4315 That's true. I still think all industries need firm guidance otherwise they go rabid.
@@powerbatterychannel4315 I’ve recently heard that it’s going to happen within the EU the same as they set the charger ports to USB-C.
Thanks for this, I'm using custom battery pack for Parkside Cordless Grass Trimmer PRTA 20 Li C3 and it didn't work until I add the 10k resistor!
You are welcome.

In case of my changes Enkho charger most probably will not recognize the battery.

hi, how strange, I tried to connect a 13k resistor in the two parkside terminals and it works
Spectacular! So with this procedure I might be able to charge an enkho battery with the parkside battery charger? Thank you! You have a nice channel!
No, parkside battery charger reads ID from ID contact.
@@powerbatterychannel4315 Thank you so much my friend!

Good job, but the enkho battery, then can you still use it for enkho tools?
Can't define, as I have no Enkho tools, but I have some Enkho batteries and Parkside tool :)

hi, I don't understand what needs to be cut. I would be grateful if you answered me
A thin line which is shown with an arrow; also you can see that I've cut it - there is a trace of a sharp knife - 7: 46
I will buy a Parkside chainsaw, PKSA 40-Li A1, which requires 2 batteries to operate, is it possible to use one PAP 20 B3 + one PAP 20 B1?
Hello, can you tell me what is the difference between PAP 20 B3 and PAP 20 B1?

Do you know how to charge that type of enkho battery? I have two but I don't have charge and Parkside charger doesn't work.
