Pointless upgrade for me, my mini3pro has the fcc hack giving me enough legal strong range with my 47min plus batteries 🔋 as for the 360 sensors I don't really use them on my mini3pro anyway...I'd probably wait for the mini5pro not worth the change until then
What a gimmick, haha. Mini 3 pro with a few sensors added and software tweaks. And for people saying "it protects your drone sideways too now".... yeah good luck to people relying on sensors and not their brain. I crashed my M2 Pro after 5 years in cinema mode going sideways. Gimmick on top of gimmick. Mini 3 pro, still king.
Yepp or in case you jump a model. So if you own a M2 it's worth to go for the M4P but as you said. The omnidirectional is no game changer. And honestly I normally fly with deactivated sensors.
4K 100Fps 😅….kann ich mir nicht vorstellen das die kleine das kann…aber mal sehen. Vom Design her zumindest etwas schöner als die 3. Gutes Video 👌👍🎥🙋♂
danke dir. 😅 😅
The DJI Mini 4 Pro will be no game changer. However the community is curious. What about you? Do you think the Mini 4 Pro will be a good one? Will you get it? 🙄😏
@@jaroslawkalmuk8389 that's a solid decision. Let's wait for the camera specs. Maybe they've done something here which helps to jump on the mini 4 train. 😉
Great video about the Mini 4 Pro my friend👍👌👏probably the Mini 4 Pro will also have D-log M, so colorgrading and matching the D-Log M from my Mavic 3 Classic will be a great benefit comparing this to the D-Cinelike from the Mini 3 Pro. Also it’s possible the Mini 4 Pro will have the stacked sensor from the Air 3? Let’s wait and see. With the new sensors and probably better video quality upgrading will be a no brainer. If all comes together I consider upgrading from the Mini 3 Pro to the Mini 4 Pro. Greetings from a new subscriber from 🇳🇱
Thanks mate for your sub! Yeah my rating was done based on not knowing anything about the cam specs. In case it comes along with D-log M and some optical zoom abilities I would change the rating for sure. Anyway, I will definitely buy it.
Time to finally get the mini 3 pro at discounted prices👍 only fly less than 8 kms, so range to me is not important, also I’m not hyped with obstacle avoidance, don’t fly near trees, people and building, if i need to i just pull out my Dji Fpv or avata..my Mavic 3 Pro/Rc Pro will be happy they have a little bro at cheaper price👍
Omnidirectional collision prevention is a real clincher. Mini 3 pro has a massive floor because it blindly runs into things. These super light weight drones are very fragile and that's why collision protection is very important for these kind of drones. It's even more important if you are using waypoints because you are likely to plan a collision.
For me this not a big thing. At the end the colission detection isn't working fine for drone killers like trees with branches and leaves etc. I fully agree with you in terms of pilot-beginners but as soon as you have a bit experience you will fly in normal mode, user ActiveTrack for cars or your bike. In those cases it is pretty dangerous to only rely on the sensor system. Nevertheless it was the next logical step to mount a 360 detection system on the Mini. I never understood, why the M3P missed the sideway sensors. :-)
I’m still enjoying the mini 3 pro !! It makes you a better pilot!! As a mini 3 pilot , I fly with VLOS when doing panning and that makes me a much better pilot with eyes on the drone and careful sticks controlling .
Yes, in most countries you are only allowed to fly in VLOS. At the end it's also a safety question not only for the pilot and drone but also for others.
4k 100fps, let's hope they added an internal fan as that drone will heat up very quickly. For that price i would rather buy an air 3 regardless of weight restrictions
Great video ! I think it's time for me to get my first drone next year - the DJI Mini 4 Pro ! As an experienced commercial pilot (real airplanes) and an experienced photographer & videographer (member of the Richmond Hill Camera Club in Ontario, Canada), it's time to merge my hobbies into media capture using a very capable drone ! Love the omnidirectional obstacle avoidance.
Thank you. Decision to buy a drone and doing some flights while staying on the ground is not the worst. If you are doing videos and photos you will be absolutely happy using such a little drone and to see what's possible with it. What airplanes do you fly for living?
Thanks. I earned a commercial pilot license, but never flew for a living (I would find that boring). I have flown Cessna airplanes (150, 152, 172) and Piper airplanes (Cherokee and Warrior) with a total of about 300 hours at the controls. A drone such as the Mini 4 Pro would be helpful for my photo essay projects and short film projects compared to what I've already published on my RUclips Channel. Keep publishing your valuable content. @@doatrip
You're mostly welcome. Until now the manufacturer hasn't said anything to the Mini4Pro and none leak is speaking about a plus battery. But I would assume that they will throw it on the market as they did for the Mini 3. However it is increasing the weight above 250grams
@@doatrip The weight is not really a problem. I bought two battery PLUS on the Mini 3 PRO and can reach 45 mn in REAL flight with each. Means I can do 90 mn flight in one session so it makes a great difference when you want to prepare your shots or want to redo a shot if not perfect. No more worries to be out of battery!! However, I had to but them in USA and it cost me the shipping and taxes at the delivery in France....
@@alainfloutier6466 yeah I know how comfortable that is from my Mavic 3 pro but the issue with the 250grams remains. If you are going above 250 you can then better choose a air 3 instead due to the fact that you anyway need a pilots licence which is not the case if you stay below the 250 🙂
@@doatrip I do have a pilot licence because I had a AIR 2S before my Mini 3PRO. Great machine but it was too large and too noisy for me. So I prefer the Mini series: very portable, silent and almost as good as AIR 2/3 in picture quality....
