I thought it was just her hyperfixating on specific plot stuff, but she genuinely seems to have a degree of facial blindness, because the ONLY thing Vi changes was her hair color and putting paint on her cheeks

I think Singed (the Doctor that made Vander into what he is now) injected Vander with the orange mixture he mixed earlier on the way to inject Vander before Cait choked him out. It's definitely orange in color and matches what he's coughing up and keeps coming out of him.

The hextec room thingy is cold and we can see jayce, ekko and heimer breath when they are inside it but not Salo's also A selfsentered rich guy would not nécarly be so nice even after getting saved,i think it is possible that Victor is killing them and that the hexcor is emulating a personality for his folower so that Victor does not realise it Also when victor see warwick, he and sky aka the hexcor are thinking "excuisit" (delicious), when vi jinx and isha arrive he is interested olny in jinx joining his group saying it's for her mecanic skills but victor is a better mecanic than her, I think Victor and sky are eating the shimer infected livig beeing or replacing them whit parts of hexcor consiousness and thas why jayce is seeing the Victor folower as purple amorfous beeing and is on a quest to kill his best friend
another detail: They deliberately showed Vi and Jinx eating the fruits but they have never once shown one of the healed people eating anything - maybe in their state they no longer have the need to consume sustenance, this aligns with the fact that they are no longer breathing.
48:32 how i saw the whole vander melting scene, was that while viktor was trying to heal him in his consciousness and his mind was that he was seeing both the monsters mind which was really aggressive and almost like hot and melting (?) and with viktor basically dying, it was like vander is regressing back to that beast side of him is coming out in full terror--and it's almost like a visual outlook for the viewers that he's essentially fighting his demons (hence why it almost looks like he scratches himself in the beginning of this all happening)
They purposely show you Vander glowing red throughout act 2 bc his instinct for blood and being fully control by it. That's why the eyes change from both glowing red to blue and green eyes, the lava-like fluid is chemicals burning bc of Singed serum. The show tells and show you why and when he made it and is colored orange. later they show you Singed just standing in the broken hut where Vi, Jinx, n Cait left both Vander and Singed alone. It's not bc of Viktor getting shot Vander was never a part of the hive mind like Salo or Huck to react in anyway, at best he would've just be knocked out like the rest of the cult giving Singed a chance to inject Vander
that's definitely one school of thought where we think "vander" persona is destroyed from within warwick when viktor dies but... when i see warwick's eyes when he is burning inside out with lava, it is so full of pain and suffering that it makes me think it's vander somehow, because the writers like to fuck with us with the saddest shit possible (meaning when he hit jinx out of the way, it was to protect her) but going back to the previous theory, maybe "vander" is gone, only the monster remains, and he is still in terrible terrible terrible pain

I have a theory about Vander/Warwick, and of all the reactions I've seen(and it's a lot, lol) you've come the closest. I think Vanwick raging out at the end WAS due to Singed, but not anything he did before that moment. Viktor's healing Vanwick was a work in progress, I don't think he had reached the same point as the other disciples in the commune to where they were linked. Before Singed entered the commune the second time, he says he thinks he can prohibit Viktor's progress, presumably with some kind of injection. After Viktor died and all the commotion, Vi and company exit the house to see what was going on, leaving Vanwick and an unconscious Singed. I think Singed woke up and did his thing with Vanwick and THAT'S what caused him to rage out, which is supported by one shot of Singed standing inside the house as Vanwick is going berserk. I think Warwick will survive Isha's attack, but unfortunately I think Vander is still gone. :(

His accomplishments knows no bounds and he has influenced the story of about 12 champions till now from Creating Shimmer, Saving Jinx and infusing her with Shimmer that have saved and aided her in almost every battle she's been in since then... to Vander's survival as Warwick etc. He is anything but stupid. At this point, he is like the KING 👑 of Arcane as the whole show revolves around his actions. Seems like he's speed running the main storyline while others are still stuck at the tutorials.
Jesus is said to bring salvation the first time. And then reborn anew and bring vengeance the second time. The same will happen to Viktor glorious evolution. You can notice the hive mentality, how Sky, the Arcanum queen is controling and manipulating Viktor and the Voidlings.
