Doesn't always have to be, get to endgame/get the best gear/etc. You could play online too maybe? @@fireweaver3606 Also funny thing if you plan on making a Gather set on High Rank, it's the good ol' Melahoa U set, except if you're lazy for grinding Monster Broth for chest piece you can just substitute it with the regular LR Melahoa piece instead. You only lose a bit of defense and that's it. Same exact active skills (Gathering +2 and High Speed Gathering) and same 9 Deco Slots total, gem in practical 2-point jewels like Backpacking, Whim, or Hunger!

(Mobile and PSP) but I don’t know what happened to the mobile version of it. After I finished the game, I wanted to know any other MH games then MHFU, then they told me about Portable 3rd. I played it and almost finished the game but then got back to MHFU. So I did a lot of solo hunts because not many people played the game anymore. I may not be a veteran at the game entirely but I’m trying to play more old MH games. I’m not saying that one monster Hunter game is the best game, I’m saying that everyone has their opinions on which is their favourite monster hunter game

Maybe, there's not really much going on in low rank though. Each monster video comes with an example armor set, some of which are mixed, most of which use decorations and such. If I can think of anything I'll probably put something like that up :)
Well, I don't hardly ever use meat really because it's so hard to use. As far as I can tell, it's not really worth it except for those two. Most monsters are just too smart D: I think it would take some special set up and planning to make meat useful and/or a regular part of your kit, and you'd just be better off using a status weapon or LBG at that point, in my opinion.

It becomes pretty easy if you bring sonic bombs and flash bombs, just throw a sonic bomb when it digs and ISN'T enraged, that way you have a very wide opening And if you want more damage, knock it out of the air with a flash bomb whenever it flies after the sonic bomb effect
I advise using a lance, you can block each and every attack and there are huge gaps in which you can attack. Use sonic bombs when not enraged, and flash bombs when enraged. Also, when it gets enraged after just one hit, it means you can capture, I advise you do as it becomes tedious at the end.
Ey can anyone tell me how to get immunizer, its the last ingredient l need to complete the Melahoa armor set but l have no clue where to even start looking?
Immunizer is an item that you combine to get, it's a Dragon Toadstool and Catalyst, you'll need some combo books to increase your crafting chance, otherwise it's a 75% chance to do it successfully. Dragon Toadstools are pretty rare, I think, as far as mushrooms go.

That armor set should basically last you until the end of the game. You can definitely get one with better defense, but that one has basically all of the skills that you might want in a gathering set, unless there's something I'm not thinking of 😅

I'd say use Athena's A.S.S. which stands for Athena's Armor Set Search, lol It's incredibly useful, and can help determine when it's necessary to use decorations, or you can choose to not use them if you don't want to as well. Oh hi again, you did some guides on other stuff too! Great, how nice of you. Meloha set is better for gathering, if you are not carry around some eggs and valuable chunks of rocks. Get meloha set with any black belt hammer (for 3 sockets) and decorate them with whim+2 jewels, you get gathering +2, hi speed gathering and spirit's whim
Leather hat and arms, Melahoa shirt, Hide Belt, Genprey pants, and some gems; gather+2, hi-speed, backpacking all at once. If I want to, I can take a 3-slot weapon and squeeze a bit of whim on for good measure, but once I'm at the point of killing pink rathians, I feel like all low-rank armors are on their last legs.
Its kinda late but keep in mind that green seeds has twice the drop rate for dosbiscus relative to red seeds and yellow is the best for dosbiscus, so if you really want that gathering +2 and hi speed gathering farm those seeds instead. Yeah, Monster Fluid is rough, but 1,500z from the granny peddler isn't *too* bad, relatively speaking. Some pieces of equipment go for that much, or more 🤧🤧
Have you noticed that a lot of the gathering spots are just straight up wrong on PPSSPP? Comparing the areas to my PSP is like night and day. Even in the first map there should be an infinite bone gather in zone 3 and infinite stone in zone 6.

hmm what i did was just put 1 gem of gathering and 1 gem of backpack on the leather armour 🤔, the gems needed can be obtained right where the velocydrome spawns
It's my original character, though I deleted all my saves a while back lol. When I restarted I made CatBrain(s), but Pandarse is still around, as well as the 3rd character. Never really use the different character slots, so 🤷♀️ 😄

Sorry I don't really know what you mean. If you want to see armor stats you can go to your pause menu and go to Status or Equipment Detail, it has a lot of information for you. If you want to see information on weapons and armor in the smithy/felyne shop you can press R to see what materials you need and press Square to see more info (it will also compare your currently equipped gear at the top.)

if you already have 5 chefs on felyne kitchen try to eat Goldenfish Brew and Kirin Cheese it can give you 50 both on health and stamina which is useful for gathering so you wont have to eat a fucking well done steak and waste time and try to get Hide Belt that can give you High Speed Gathering skill idk its your choice c:

Meloha set is better for gathering, if you are not carry around some eggs and valuable chunks of rocks.
Get meloha set with any black belt hammer (for 3 sockets) and decorate them with whim+2 jewels, you get gathering +2, hi speed gathering and spirit's whim

Leather hat and arms, Melahoa shirt, Hide Belt, Genprey pants, and some gems; gather+2, hi-speed, backpacking all at once. If I want to, I can take a 3-slot weapon and squeeze a bit of whim on for good measure, but once I'm at the point of killing pink rathians, I feel like all low-rank armors are on their last legs.

Its kinda late but keep in mind that green seeds has twice the drop rate for dosbiscus relative to red seeds and yellow is the best for dosbiscus, so if you really want that gathering +2 and hi speed gathering farm those seeds instead. Yeah, Monster Fluid is rough, but 1,500z from the granny peddler isn't *too* bad, relatively speaking.
Some pieces of equipment go for that much, or more 🤧🤧

Have you noticed that a lot of the gathering spots are just straight up wrong on PPSSPP? Comparing the areas to my PSP is like night and day. Even in the first map there should be an infinite bone gather in zone 3 and infinite stone in zone 6.

hmm what i did was just put 1 gem of gathering and 1 gem of backpack on the leather armour 🤔, the gems needed can be obtained right where the velocydrome spawns

It's my original character, though I deleted all my saves a while back lol.
When I restarted I made CatBrain(s), but Pandarse is still around, as well as the 3rd character.
Never really use the different character slots, so 🤷♀️ 😄

Sorry I don't really know what you mean.
If you want to see armor stats you can go to your pause menu and go to Status or Equipment Detail, it has a lot of information for you.
If you want to see information on weapons and armor in the smithy/felyne shop you can press R to see what materials you need and press Square to see more info (it will also compare your currently equipped gear at the top.)

Heh yeah, I'm definitely not in any rush to get to the end, I want to cover the game from a position of a newer player, if possible, though since I am a bit experienced I might forget things that were hard when I started out, or overlook things that I should explain and such :)
If you want to play multiplayer I recommend checking this out, it's what most people play on and trust, though tbh I've never used it, if/when I get around to playing multiplayer, it'll probably be through this.

if you already have 5 chefs on felyne kitchen try to eat Goldenfish Brew and Kirin Cheese it can give you 50 both on health and stamina which is useful for gathering so you wont have to eat a fucking well done steak and waste time and try to get Hide Belt that can give you High Speed Gathering skill idk its your choice c:

The mixture it's hard,if they are three mixture to this unknown combination that be easier,combo book required more space to be used,u know who much space to do gathering need,they some torn camp that if van be repaired and add box system it's will make this hard game to be enjoying by many people,so many cat I found but can do any interaction to them if it's turn into restaurant or black smith to forge gem and metal it's sure be fun,but it's mus be done in quest map to not just in village u know the map some is big it's required more stamina and food to survive including timer for each quest force player to run and gathering and catching fish/bug and mining in quest map not fun,they are alot thing can be done in open map,they should put traveling ship in every map used to access other map that must be fun and make currency in open map be like adventure,they are sleep bed in every camp we start if be put cat to cook raw meat it's make cooking more fun than are cat lv system in cook and partner to be more used haha it's sound adventures right,now the best part they can collect monster like pokemon and ride it's and they can ride it's to access other place,but the trap system will be gone,and the use of drugs/poison and other meat is hard to see and used,I just see one content that people can trap tigerx whit Trag meat.
