Do you mean in the list on the upper right? Its the Flourishing Whimsydrake - you get it when you complete the intro quests in the emerald dream (dragonflight)

Yea, this doesn't really help the retention, since there still are timestamps and people just skip through them - if anything it makes it worse since you don't know where you're jumping to. Yea you can but im focusing on guaranteed mounts in these videos, not easy mounts you COULD get if you‘re lucky
