I think this is the first time I've seen Aaron eat food! He's usually only cooking for his favorite taste tester, Claire! It's good to see you both on vacation and looking so happy and relaxed and enjoying good food.
Haha, right? It's nice to see Aaron enjoying the food for once! They both look so happy-perfect vacation vibes! Can't wait to see more of their Singapore adventures! 🥳
I'm glad to hear that you enjoy the travel and dining out videos!😍 If there's any specific place or type of food you'd like to see in future videos, feel free to let me know. 😍
Yum! It's maybe 7 am here, the heck with breakfast! I want chicken satay now! How will I get this out of my head?!?🤦 Tasty video ☺️ glad you and Claire can get away & relax! 👍
My wife and I travelled thru Singapore in ‘73. Ate at Glutten Square car park, the original. One of our most pleasant experiences and memories on our travel returning to US home following two years Peace Corps service in Ethiopia. Amazing happening and wonderful to enjoy your video to relive our times in Singapore. Thanks much to you both. We follow you as we attempt to cook and enjoy Asian food at home. 😊
Thank you for the great video, what a great experience! Aaron’s look of joy when he finally gets his char siew was so fun to see 😊 hope you enjoyed your trip and have a great holiday season 🎉 Sending love from Ireland to you both 💚
Hello from Singapore! 😊❤ As a local, I'd say Lau Pa Sat is quite overpriced. I suggest exploring other hawker centres too! Looking forward to more Singaporean dishes on your channel. 🤤
Agreed, I suggest Maxwell, next to that chicken rice stall theres a stall that has fried oyster "cakes/puffs(?)" And you can check out the City Gallery next door, that has loads of interesting explanations of what made Singapore what it is today. And also a huge 3d miniature map of Singapore
Wow I was just there in that hawker center 4 weeks ago visiting first time from the USA for a lunch and I was excited to see you both visited that area in the night! Awesome !
It's so nice to see Aaron eating good food he didn't slave over. I'm so happy you shared this video and took us along on your vacation. How would your rate the street food out of 10???? Please do more of these videos. Canadians love you both.
You both have done a wonderful job of introducing Korean food and culture around the world. You are very deserving of the opportunity to do the same for Singapore.
There is Maxwell Hawker nearby with the legendary chicken rice. And the Han Kee Fish Soup at Amoy Hawker Centre. Both excellent lunch/dinner options in walking distance of LPS
nice video promoting local street food . more videos like in this in near future . looks tasty and delicious hope to visit there someday and try your country street food .
Hello from Singapore! Saw you guys in Starbucks at Plaza Singapura (the shopping mall) when you were in Singapore, but I wasn't sure if i should go in and say hi. I was standing outside and contemplating if i should wait. In the end, i waited for about ten minutes before i left. Now i regret it so much and wish i had walked in to say hello 😅 Hope you had a nice time in Singapore and will come visit again!
Oh my gosh! You should’ve come in and said hi. We must be very happy to see you in person!🥹 But still, thank you so much for watching our video and leaving a sweet message here! We really enjoyed everything about Singapore and hope to visit again! 😊❤️
Years ago I worked with a lady whose family made Chicken Satay and it was so delicious! I may have made a 🐷 of myself. 🤣 I wish I knew how to make it. Perhaps you can do a video on how to make it? I trust your recipes above all others. So glad you and Claire were able to get away. I remember your travel videos from Las Vegas years ago, they were so much fun. ❤🥰
In the market area there is a place close to one of the corners near the street with the tables where you can get Korean bbq where you get a hot plate and a place to boil stuff it’s pretty good when you are a group
Aaron can resist his own cooking, but not Singapore's hawker food! 🙂 (So.... maybe his cooking isn't that great?!?! It's probably what I call "chef fatigue" - when you finish cooking, you don't really feel like eating.)
Welcome to Singapore, Aaron and Claire. Next time try the pork satay as they tend to be juicer and softer in meat texture comparing to chicken and beef. Anyway, loved your cooking recipe always
Lau pa sat is a mega hawker place...you can get everything under one roof. I would not say the food is bad..even locals enjoy them. As a local i highly recommend
Agh!!! I miss singapore wantan mee, charsiu & dumplings!!! Waaaah! 😭 They're sooooo good. #1! Before you go to singapore, you diet 1st for at least 2 weeks. And then you pretty much eat everything you can when you're in s'pore. Once you leave, that's it. Nowhere else will taste the same. I dunno why. On a side note, satays in s'pore, malaysia, thailand & indonesia do not taste the same. The absolute best balance of flavor & portion & sauce is s'pore. ☺️
Excellent review..I cant wait. I have been to singapore twice before but never went to Lau Pa Sat Street. This is about to all change in 2 weeks time. 5 days in singapore and I fully intend on going there at least once for the stall 7 & 8 satay...and anything else that looks really delicious !
Hey Aaron are you going to get a chicken and rice bowl there? People says that's the dish everyone must try in Singapore if your a foodie. Thanks for the video and both of you have a Merry Christmas..
I'm just curious, do you always talk and sound like this when you're not vlogging Aaron? I'm just trying to imagine how you talk to Claire on a normal day
I think this is the first time I've seen Aaron eat food! He's usually only cooking for his favorite taste tester, Claire! It's good to see you both on vacation and looking so happy and relaxed and enjoying good food.
the cook finally enjoys some food ! 😅
Haha, right? It's nice to see Aaron enjoying the food for once! They both look so happy-perfect vacation vibes! Can't wait to see more of their Singapore adventures! 🥳
You two look like you were really enjoying yourselves. Hope you guys slept well and I'll see you on the next video
See you soon my friend! 😍
Ir's nice to see you both show-casing "food tours", and take a break from your culinary skills. Enjoy and Happy New Year!
Thanks! Happy New Year! 🤗
I really enjoy your travel/dining out videos.
I'm glad to hear that you enjoy the travel and dining out videos!😍 If there's any specific place or type of food you'd like to see in future videos, feel free to let me know. 😍
Come to Cleveland, Ohio! It's a great food and beer town. I'll show you around.@@AaronandClaire
Thanks for sharing. We’ve been to Singapore at least 10-15 times. It’s a great experience, but the food is definitely the main attraction. Love it!
Yum! It's maybe 7 am here, the heck with breakfast! I want chicken satay now! How will I get this out of my head?!?🤦 Tasty video ☺️ glad you and Claire can get away & relax! 👍
I feel kind of sorry for you my friend 🤣 Thanks for watching! 😍

Hello from Singapore! 😊❤
As a local, I'd say Lau Pa Sat is quite overpriced. I suggest exploring other hawker centres too! Looking forward to more Singaporean dishes on your channel. 🤤
Yeah! Totally agreed! 😎 Actually, our favorite hawker center was Yuhua Village Food Center! 😍 It was amazing!!
Agreed, I suggest Maxwell, next to that chicken rice stall theres a stall that has fried oyster "cakes/puffs(?)"
And you can check out the City Gallery next door, that has loads of interesting explanations of what made Singapore what it is today. And also a huge 3d miniature map of Singapore
ALSO Half boiled egg and toast for breakfast bro, its smth loads of foodtubers overlook, which is a shame, since its so good.

That look of satisfaction on Aaron's face when other peoples' food is as good as yours! You really had a feast out there! Enjoy!
It's so nice to see Aaron eating good food he didn't slave over. I'm so happy you shared this video and took us along on your vacation. How would your rate the street food out of 10???? Please do more of these videos. Canadians love you both.

We're not used to seeing Aaron getting to eat. I love Singapore, been there many times.
Aaron can resist his own cooking, but not Singapore's hawker food! 🙂 (So.... maybe his cooking isn't that great?!?! It's probably what I call "chef fatigue" - when you finish cooking, you don't really feel like eating.)
My wife and I are in Singapore too 😅 What hawker stall has the wonton noodle soup?
