This is a sterling performance! Just the right tempos and perfectly steady with the necessary, inevitable forward flow, but with subtle acknowledgements/relaxations ("sitting down") at important cadence points. Articulations all in order -- not too much and not too little. Here we hear Bach, not Bloor. Thank you very much for the reminder of what great Bach playing can and should be.

A fabulous, exuberant performance, Ben. Perfect tempo, sparkling registration on the magnificent Downes/Walker Organ - just consummate artistry from the first to the last note: bravo! You are just a total joy to listen to - as all these comments testify.

Amazing performance. One of the best I have heard: quite often this is either played very monotonous or way too fast. This is grand, yet full of verve: great stuff indeed! I wish I could play this!

Hi Ben, may I agree entirely with last two comments.
You played faultlessly with the correct tempo throughout.
This goes to prove that you are professional liturgical organist and not merely a recitalist or entertainer who is out to display their ability to play major organ works as fast as they can.
Many potentially good organists spoil their performance by this and do not impress me.
