I've got a 16 Hyundai Veloster Turbo w/ GTS Black. I'm actually had the turbo and in the cooler replaced by the dealership. At the time, RaceChip did not have and I had to wait 4 months for them to manufacturer it. They told me at the time I had the only GTS black. Don't forget you can reach out to race your via email and let them know your situation and they can download new files to your device. I absolutely love it! Still to this day. I've had the car for 5 years and my next vehicle will definitely have a race chip installed
I had a race chip for my i30N fastback, car drove better than stock, the power was unreal! Every time it went in for Hyundai service at main dealer, nothing comes up, it’s a plug and play, it’s the safest and most reliable chip you can buy. Highly recommend! Apart from any dump valves, these loose power on any vehicle, all sounds no play.
I absolutely love my Kona N, I have similar modifications to yours but I brought the larger turbo elbow aswell, she is currently running 350hp and 500nm. All with extremely simple modifications. I highly rate the race chip for this car.
I doubt the dealership software would detect it had been fitted/removed before going in for a service as all the stock settings will still be in play without the box attached. The only way to tell would be a deep forensic analysis of the car's ecus which would probably bring up anomalies, however the chances of that ever being done are pretty much zero
wrong, you can easily read the values the ecu has learned/adapted to and if you had a race chip plugged in for a while they’re gonna be all over the place, which would instantly tell you that the car has been tampered with if nothing else is out of order
Sounds nice that 👌 something unusual to modify. I've been watching most of your vids from the vxr , also live not too far away in oldbury, have a zaff vxr with k06 modified turbo myself, and need a new recirc now 😩
Most likely not. When I had my 2023 elantra hybrid I had a monte gt tuning chip on it. When I ran it on the tuning chips ECO mode it actually decreased my mpg by 2 mpg. The chip in performance mode was a massive difference though
Savage suv! Possibly best suv to get right now for the price and speed , what would you think the max tuning/modding capabilities are for the Kona though?
Not to mention the gas mileage is phenomenal. On a couple long trips I've managed to get upwards of 38-42mpg in some cases, but I usually sit at around 32-35 which is still really nice.
Lil bro, don't go out with your hair wet, you're gonna catch a cold. I've been recently to Worchestershire for my first trip in the UK and was amazed by the number of sports versions of cars I've seen parked or on the road. Corsa OPC, Mini S, Golfs GTI/R, Miata, Fiesta ST, not expensive cars, but more than half were sports models. I can see why tyou'd want a bit of fun living there, as I found everything bland and boring. The weather plus all the houses looking the same, streets, almost no trees, just lawns in public parks, people sitting in front of the tv on holidays.. depressing country

On with level you put racechip 7?
Wich setting you use on racechip?
Have you dyno the car with the race chip on? Is a big difference?
I had the Race Chip in my 19 veloster N and it made a huge difference, I’ll be ordering for my Kona N soon.

Car sound’s absolutely naughty 🔥
Yeah I love it man 💪
Hello. Does car read consumption properly with RC installed or is it skewed somehow?

Did you already add the high pressure fuel pump? What about the cats and exhaust?
Everything ok with car still puling strong?
I just bought a 2023 Kona N love it. So fun to drive. Does the chip help with fuel economy if you keep it in eco mode and stay off the gas.

Plz send me a list of mods lol I need to get alot started over here!
increasing the performance of essential components Turbo intercooler injection
Can you put new video only with acceleration?

Not sure on the platform but would expect to see 300 400bhp on these tbf

@@GreyGecko94 I have hit 41 MPG before also.
What about the Tiguan or T-Roc R?
Is this your kona?
How are you finding the chip after all these months?
So do you by pass using the N mode and just use the race mode off the phone what about the NGS button does it work well with the race chip?
It uses n mode still, haven’t tried the ngs button with it yet, rarely use it personally
Like a legal nos button 😜
@@JustbeingHayden Something I seen was on your display was on the throttle % how do you make it show the green bar moving how do you turn that on?
@cindysue5474 you can update the infotainment systems with a USB and it changes the way some ui looks
@@R3TROxxR4V3NYes I did that the shame is it removes the old-time tube radio.
anyone know if they make something similar for the nline kona. Also can the nlines handle mods like a chip
Check out Thorton Chip tuning.
I got a quote with and without in a diesel astra and it was £6 MORE WITH
Decent man 💪

this would ruin your 100k waranty tho right
not really
@@Arkeny-SS Hyundai has the ability to deny a warranty for any reason. If you read the fine print. Hyundai specifically says this.
