Thanks a lot 🙏 trying my best. Not easy to balance the training, the races, the filming, editing and life haha but will grind through 😉 What’s your big goal for this year?
@@rafaelhidalgo the filming and editing is excellent, there's loads of potential grow the channel considerably! Ive got the Verbier marathon 4000d+ in July. Its a little difficult to get big climbs in at the moment training wise as based in relatively flat Latvia... Could you recommend some trail shoes? Currently still training in Brooks road shoes. This will be my first trail race so a bit novice on the footwear front.
@@callumanthonysullivan9072 thanks! waw yeah the Verbier race is going to be a big one with such elevation gain! 4’000 is a nice challenge! I use the Hoka speadgoat 4 trail shoes. They have excellent grip. They enabled me to do all my 2021 races and they will continue to do so in the future. If you try them just get a size or two more than what you usually wear. Im a EU45/46 usually, but with Hoka I use 48.
Thanks! In the psst i didn’t do much but this season will do ski de randonnée which i tested last year and bought an indoor spinning bike. You can find my film on ski de randonnée on my channel.
Beautiful! 🙌
Thanks a lot Jeff! 🙏
Incredible, beautiful and tough race, Rafael. Congrats!
Thanks a lot Gustavo! It was definitely beautifully difficult!
Amazing, another thing to add on to the to do list - ultra running in the slow!
Thanks Nick! Indeed! its a new experience for me and a great way of preparing Ultras!
Très belle vidéo avec des paysages magnifiques ! Bravo !
