- What we are about to explore in this video was never meant to be seen by mortals. Welcome to Luxor Egypt, the gateway to one of the greatest archaeological sites in the world, the Valley of the Kings.
Over 3,000 years ago, the Ancient Egyptian pharaohs from the New Kingdom were buried here in rock cut tombs, including Tutankhamen and Ramses. They were sealed shut, not to be found until the 19th and 20th C. Over 62 tombs have been uncovered, others remain undiscovered. Let's find out what's mysteries lie inside the tombs....

I can't believe how accurate this was depicted by Assassin's Creed Origins: The Curse of the Pharaohs. Hats off to Ubisoft team.
just got platinum on it last week. amazing game
@@user-gk3lu1gg9t Indeed

Welcome to Egypt, the land of civilization and history🇪🇬♥
Thank you friend! We love Egypt 🇪🇬♥
I love ancient Egypt’s history.. but I for one would of loved it had they never do land all this modern structuring around such a sacred place
True. Everything is being changed. Not for the good. 20 years ago my wife and I had a private visit to tomb 62 for one pound sterling .That was 50p each compared to 14 pounds each now .
Thank you for the vivid colors ! Maat is life
well with this voice you could rock in FM Radio :D
Thank you kind sir!
Who else is watching this during Covid cause their teacher assigned it
Me

Amazing, Thankyou for the video.
Is anyone here because you saw a tik tok about someone opening the tomb and weird things happening after. But there was even a warning not to open it.
😂 Yes
I can't wait to go visit there
I would absolutely go into the secret parts!! This is incredible! thank u for sharing!
You're so welcome! I wanted to sneak into those secret chambers so bad. If only it wasn't for the guards and the mummy curses!
Interesting to watch.👏💞

Amazing video. Thanks. Much love from Texas.

beautiful Africa
Crazy how the tombs are mostly open with all of the paintings. People in the open could easily vandalise any of it as they did with the pyramids
Aint no way 😮😮👀im scary couldn't do it.👍🏾VIDEO🔥🔥🔥🔥
There's so many mysteries inside these tombs!!
Wow...I like u...👍💝.& I Like tis video,also.👌
Thank you so much 😀
This is best informative video, this channel deserve 1 million subs... Thanks to this channel 😊
Thank you so much 😀!! Cheers!
the best video i had ever seen about VALLEY OF THE KINGS .
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed - the tombs are so interesting to explore!
Tutankhamun was actually buried in a cramped tomb cut into the floor of the main valley. It may be that Tutankhamun simply died too young to complete his ambitious plans. His own tomb was unfinished, and so he had to be buried in a substitute, non-royal tomb.
The tomb was fairly small for a Pharaoh.
scientists used digital imaging and DNA testing to suggest King Tut most likely died from malaria or an infection (because of fracture in Tut's left thigh bone).
So his death was sudden and there was No time to build a royal tomb.
Amazing
I want to go there..........from India
After this covid
Egypt !!
Great video lot of love, from Andhra pradesh
Thanks for video
Most welcome
Curious civilization that's for sure. I always wondered how/where they got their gold, resources, etc.
Hi! Loved your video! I’ve seen on other Egyptian travel vlogs that you should get to places early in the morning (6 AM like you did) to beat the crowds, but it seemed there were lots of people their already at that time?
Yes - there were still crowds at 6 - 7am, but it wasn't swarmed yet. If we got there in the afternoon, there would be huge lines to get into the tombs. You can see the comparison from the beginning of the video to the middle when it's later in the day.
Lots of love from india ..!
very informative
I 👍this
10000000x👍
The first coment.. from Indonesia Jakarta.
Woohoo! Thanks for watching! Much love from Egypt to Indonesia :)
Wow interesting next time do another videos like this but tell us about the curse and I subscribed ur videos and liked!.
Thanks for watching! Welcome to the channel
It’s sickening to see that naked mummy laying there after having been robbed for everything he worked so hard to bring with him to ensure his afterlife was eternal. As soon as they emptied that tomb his soul was stolen from its afterlife and the financier was bit by a deadly mosquito. He died a few weeks later. Sad but beautiful, I wish it was all put back and sealed after it was documented.
He didn't work for anything.. He was a teenager probably spoiled by his father.. Slaves were probably made decorate and adorn his tomb with riches and art..Those are the ones who worked in Egypt during the reign of the kings and queens...
Kristen, where do we find the tomb of Bastet, the Goddess of Egypt?
Jonathan Ortega love Bastet! 🐱 but didn’t see her tomb
Nice video 😊
It's my dream to visit Egypt 😊
Please increase video volume 😊
I will try my best!
Hi there! Quick question, no one had any issues with you filming or taking photos in the tomb? I’ve heard conflicting things say you can’t take photos so I was just curious since I’m planning to go at some point! Thank you!
Yes you can film with your iPhone but they charge you extra to bring in a DSLR / large camera.
@@RunTheAtlas awesome thank you!
Stunning ❤️❤️❤️.
Love from Kashmir
Thanks a ton
There is no kashmir, only bharat
Did you know? That King Tutankhamen’s tomb was not finished by the time of his death, his well known tomb was actually ment to house a nobleman or one of his advisors (know as Ay who could probably be his uncle). This surprisingly was quite an convenience for Ay. Due to Tutankhamen having the tomb of a common person he would be erased from history.
Love you frome india
very nice video!
Thank you very much!
@@RunTheAtlas you welcome😌
There is a whole chapter in my indian English studies ABT King Tut !
Isn't Egyptology cool!? My favorite subject.
Hornbills????
ya in hornbills ,
May I ask you What do you mean by King Tut treasures they not in Manchester? They was loaned out to Manchester museum. The treasure of king tut belong to Egyptian people and are some in the Caro Museum and most of the King Tut collection as been moved over to the The Grand Egyptian Museum Gem. In which will be opening its doors end of this year hopefully because we booked trip to Egypt next year to go to the Gem. Hawass said in a documentary king Tut treasures will not be leaving Egypt again. Also King Tut treasures have done world tours. It went around American city's From November 1976 to April 1979, shown in London at the British Museum in 1972 and February 27th, 2011 at Manchester museum. The website says - Tutankhamun visits Manchester, brings Tomb and Treasures. I was born in 1977 I was not born the first time but can remember the second time just remember something on the news saying about King Tut treasures coming to the UK and they was saying its the last time it leaves Egypt and the Tickets sold out straight away and there was big queues. It did not matter to me because I seen the King Tut collection at the Caro Museum loads of times before then.
It’s really disrespectful how they have his body on display for public viewing. Like let the man Rest In Peace inside his tomb
He has ceased to be. All that is left is the material which used to be him. He cares not because he cannot. He no longer exists.
Great video! Thank you for this!
Glad you enjoyed it!
❤
Egypt look really rich I wanna go so bad dude
Hey mam I am from India it is awesome
Thanks for the visit! Subscribe for more travels.
I want to go there so badly😅😂😂😂😂
Like if u loved
Comment if u got irritated
Where are you from? Your accent is so familiar - but I can't quite place it. 😀
소중한 영상 고마워요ㅡ!!
천만에요!
I use a GoPro and might be heading there. Hopefully they know it's not a DSLR so I won't get hassled?
I think you’ll be good with a GoPro. They want money if you bring a DSLR for some reason
I wish to there
Preserved for over 3000 years. And the fellas response to 'What do you think?' is 'So cool'. Really?
what is the movie in 7:34
Indiana Jones
Why am I watching this at 11:14pm
Glad we went during Ramadan, it was empty!
Great idea! Was it easy to go to restaurants during that time?
@@RunTheAtlas Yes, most are open for tourists and non-muslim locals. They are very private during the day, those with windows would cover them so people cant see you eating from the outside.
That's so interesting!
Hope you survive the last month of the curse. Good luck!
He said he was 19 had 92 children
Dont you know abt the curse
Maddy Takes The L yes I’m terrified. Many of the explorers who excavated King Tut’s tomb died mysterious deaths right after uncovering the tomb. They say you aren’t supposed to disturb the mummy, or look into his eyes, or touch anything - else you will be cursed forever muhaha.
Discovering Tut: the Saga Continues
Here after reading that only 😅
Can I actually take pictures or videotape inside his tomb?
Yes but they charge you extra if you bring a DSLR
@@RunTheAtlas I plan on using my cellphone camera, but without the flash.
That works!
Tell us did you see white anything on the walls of Egypt
i rily want to go ther but i cant bc of covid 19
Add it to your list for after Covid travel! Egypt is one of the most spiritual and interesting places we've been
3000k years from now people will dig up our graves and open up our gaskets and remove whatever belongings we have with us and put us on display for people to gawk at and it will be justice for what we have done here
I don't think that will happen. We aren't mummified, nor are we buried with precious things. Most of all, as a Hindu, I'll be cremated right away. So I guess we'll remain the meanest generations.
Surely he didn't want to be disturbed by tourists. Why not leave his tomb alone?
King Tut's tomb is a replica, not the original. Scientist want to try to preserve Tut's tomb from all the moisture from people.
My nan and grandad took me there in 2002 some guide took money and let me beyond the barrier off his tomb
Manchester museum in England?
Yes
Though Egypt is middle Eastern country, I am sure that it would be more accurate to list it under African countries.
Me: welp this kinda creepy
Have you visited India??
Not yet! I want to see Agra and Jaipur. Do you have any recommendations?
@@RunTheAtlas what about South india?
I'm interested to join with you🌹
Aren’t you afraid of the curse
If you look into the mummy's eyes you will be cursed... forever. Muhaha
They just should’ve left him alone it’s been there for a long time and it should’ve been to rest in piece
Tut in Manchester because a British person found him
Good.if you wanna visit India contact me
Is it necessary to say “king tut’s tomb” that many times? We get it ok.
One more time just for you - King Tut’s Tomb!!!!
@@RunTheAtlas 🤣🤣 savage ❤️🔥
She got the curse
Nuh uh!!
She way out of that chumps league
You mean the valley of unholies
King tut was not even high royalty he became famous because his tomb was hidden and the curse of his tomb that was proved to be real
No respect. But why
Lucious lips !
I hope you didn't shave the next morning
