Hungary Travel Vlog - Central Market Hall Budapest 4K 🇭🇺
We begin our journey on the sleeper train at the border between Romania and Hungary. I was awoken from a deep sleep at first by a Romanian Border guard. As I scuffled to find my socks, he angrily yelled at me, "Forget the socks! Show me the passport!" As we crossed the border into Hungary, the Hungarian Border Guard was much friendlier. He loved hearing about my home state of Kentucky, especially Kentucky Bourbon and the Kentucky Derby. After arriving at my hotel, the Hotel Vision, it was on to the Central Market Hall of Budapest, built in 1897. We stop briefly at the famous Danube River before ending the day at St. Michael's Church.

I was in Budapest in 2002. I think it has some of the most beautiful architecture I have ever seen especially the Parliament building when photographed from a boat tour on the Danube River. There is a 1896 version of a castle near the Zoo. We also saw the horsemanship display in the countryside nearby. Also St. Mathias Church on the other side of the river.
