I found the best way to ease yourself into Kants viewpoint is to start by reading/researching Wittgensteins works then read into Godel and his incompleteness theorem. Those two philosophers imo took Kants ideas and redefined them to be understood using more universally understood terms (language games, meaning of words, way of life, etc). the german language had evolved to be so nuanced that even native speakers would be delving into their own language games to try to decipher what that person is trying to mean with that they’re saying rather than the literal definition of the words they are using (not unique to German this is in all languages but German has a history of conceptual terminology becoming common place in the language. In English, there’s so much you have to explain out that German will inherently understand because the word has been a way of their lives whereas to the outsider they will a very hard time figuring that out beyond it’s book definition.

As an amateur fan of philosophy I absolutely love that you posted this, thank you so much. My only (and very humble) request would be having the camera positioned so we can see your powerpoint as well. Again, thank you so much for your uploads.

This room was frustrating for filming. It's a great classroom, but there's no decent place to put the camera.

I understand the difficulty. Thank you for your upload though. You've given me a helping hand in understanding Kant. I'm dreading learning Hegel.

Please keep uploading videos. You're such a fantastic teacher. I can't believe you don't have more views. You've explained so many ideas in such concise ways that I have a better understanding of them now than I did after doing 2 philosophy courses in university. You will get more recognition, it will be a crime if you don't. Please keep uploading, I want to learn more!
    Ps. Thanks!!

Fantastic lecture. Love the presentation style and learned a lot. I tried to start into Schopenhauer, but realized I need Kant first- so here I am. Thank you

I don't think anyone I watched or read has explained Kant this good. Simply amazing

That's not that difficult I'd rather be like the professor I had tho. This one is boring. He was really intense. You should know this.
