A favorite author of mine.
The novel is set in the year 2020!
Ha!
I love charlie but damn he had Updike so off track he forgot what the hell he was talking about
And I'm watching this in 2021 :)
11:50.
The host is so uncouth. Constantly interrupts, starts talking before Updike finishes his reply.
'A futuristic novel once the year has come and gone is kind of dead in the water, I'm afraid.'
I am forty-three, college grad, aspiring writer yaddayaddayadda, and I am sorry that I missed out on Updike; he was not in my purlieu sad to say now, but that's the way the snows go aint it?
8:08: "Tell me what he's shit!"
