Hello. I use the Korg PA 600 keyboard. This type of keyboard is called a "Professional arranger". All major keyboard brands make arranger keyboards. The Korg Arranger keyboards have "Styles". These styles include the tabla or drums that are used to accompany songs. If you buy a Korg in India you will get all keyboard styles for Free. If you buy outside India, you will have to buy the styles. Hope this was helpful.
