God Lego really has a thing for solid bent knees. It’s almost like they’re trying to make up for lack of possibility by making them look more naturally dynamic.
I have no idea why they cant just add knee joints, i like to make mechs and adding joints is the easiest thing to do
They add knee joints for every other mech theme but won't for ninjago
@@douglasstuffie Larger mechs don’t have knees because of stability, and the smaller ones don’t because it would be too difficult to incorporate into the design.
I think if the Legacy Golden Mech had dark green instead of the red it would be much better and fit Lloyd's color scheme way better. Since the Legacy Golden Lloyd has a green headband, it would be great.

Kai's Fire Mech from the Lego Ninjago Movie really broke the mold for how far Lego can take its mechs in terms of pure size.
That design's become the base point for all massive mechs that followed like Lloyd's Titan Mech, the Fire Stone Mech, Zane's Titan Mech, and the Ultimate Combiner Mech. Now we have at least 1 massive mech each year and they have never looked more physically impressive!

My first mech was Kai’s fire mech, then Jays mech from tournament of elements then I got Ronan’s junk mech which I still have built unlike all the rest (and the skull kin mech too) and I don’t have any other ninjago mechs, I believe. My fav is between kai’s and Ronan’s because Ronan’s holds a special place in my heart for certain reasons and kai’s because it was my first and first ninja go set all together.

I have been looking forward to a comparison video of Ninjago sets. I remember in the Possession season, they actually broke out their accumulated mechs to scale a mountain.
They seem to realLy take off once the Mixel joints were developed. They moved away from the Bionicle ball joints into the Mixels variety and never looked back.

I actually have both the Quake Mech and the polybag version too! I love their design of the single giant wheel with the two huge posable hands and fingers, and especially the hidden speakers/rockets in the shoulders!

6:03 is my first ever lego set and now I have the Temple of Airjitzu as a birthday gift last year!!
Season one actually did have a mech! It came in a book/set thing that taught you how to build and the story of ninjago. Was actually super fun.
My favorites are: The 2012 Samurai mech, the Destructoid, Overlord's mech, Bansha's ghost mech, the Quake mech, and the Lloyd's Titan mech.

In my personal opinion, I like Lloyd's Titan Mech and the reboot Legacy Samurai X Mech along with the Sons of Garmadon Samurai X Mech. Basically only because I own these.
I like the Legacy Samurai X Mech because it is a much cleaner design and a good smaller mech.
my favorite mech is the quake mech because it looks very cool

The Samurai Mech is the very first Ninjago mech we've got and still one of the best, easily one of the top 3 mechs in my list

The older versions will ALWAYS be better than the new versions. I really miss them.. when I had to move houses we had to rush and I stuffed all of my sets in different boxes.. so now they are broken or they are still in our storage compartment

@@yessirrr735 it's too heavy to have a ball joint there. LEGO's main goal is having it stand, and then possible integration of articulation.

I have Titan Mech Battle, Jay's Electromech, Dawn of Iron Doom, I just got the Green Ninja Mech Dragon from Kohls yesterday on Black Friday, Legacy samurail mech, and Lloyd's Titan Mech.
My 1st favorite would have to go to coles mech, the original version. It’s small but looks cool and it would be fun to have. It would probably be easier to control and move the arms and legs. Don’t really have to worry about any prices coming off. And it’s been my favorite mech for a long time

My favourite mech was actually funnily enough the small cheap Kai fire mech, it's super cheap and playable and very easy to customise with
I loved the ninjago movie mechs.
They were some of the best. Especially the fire mech one. It just towers figures.
Also I would think the oni titan isn’t a mech. Since no one controls it physically only mentally. No cockpit, or control sticks it’s all rocks.
