I'm 255 days pregnant and not only do I wanna congratulate you and wish you a wonderful delivery and life with your baby, but give you major props because the first and second tri it was easy for me to get up and walk for hours during the day and do exercises, but this last part of pregnancy I seriously can't imagine doing the workouts the way you're doing, and it's just become increasingly exhausting 😅 you're incredibly strong and it's delightful to see! You're beautiful and I wish you the best on your journey!!

Omg I just had my baby 2 weeks ago and as much as I of course love having her here with me you’re making me miss being pregnant!! Such a magical time. I even weirdly miss labour - it was super long and painful but it’s just such an incredible experience, it’s pretty impressive what our bodies are capable of. You look so amazing!!! As long as your doctor says it is ok you enjoy that coffee girl!!! I drank a mountain dew at least one a day when I was pregnant. I had to have a stress test 2 times a week for the last 3 months of pregnancy and the doctor would have me drink a mountain dew to wake the baby and monitor her movement. Caffeine withdraw could be more dangerous and stress the baby.
I had to take a bath every night my last month of pregnancy epsom salt helps with swelling FYI!!! You are a champ with being active and still working out!!💕💕 you are almost to the end 😍🤗
Awesome video. Man you get so much accomplished in one day. I will look into the vitamins. My sister is 12 weeks. I got her some prenatal vitamins but they are too big so she’s not taking them everyday.
