I plug mine in and get red lights immediately ???? I have the first generation and it works great. I got the second generation for 5g capability, so far I am not impressed.

Was in a place with no service (phone said 1 bar of LTE) but couldn’t do anything with internet or even send iMessages… bought this product and after installation the speed is “boosted”, however videos stiff buffer and cannot play online multiplayer games. I’m sure in a place with some spotty service, product would be pretty useful.

Do you need lighting surge protector for this setup like a home kit?

I'm going to get a flat plate and weld a piece of pipe to it. I haven't measured the pipe to see the size yet. Then put the flat plate under the jack on the tongue of the camper. Shouldn't be super solid.

If I lay the interior antenna on the floor aiming down it will go green, any other configuration it just stays red, it must be feeding back on itself but I have a 25' trailer, I cant get the antennas any further apart than they are.

Let me review your product and make a video. I go to places where there is NO service except you climb a rock just to make a phone call with out making extra step because you will loose a signal, im anxious to know if this product really work

continued.... face away from each other.?. How dose that work? I believe one has to aim the outside antenna at the tower. The inside antenna is fixed. ? .Maybe ok if one can find tower then park RV.
