Red light doesn't mean there's no signal. It means that the 2 antennas are not facing away from each other and are interacting. It could also mean not enough feet between both antennas. Red light means booster shuts down due to antenna interraction even if you are aimed directly at a tower and could otherwise have good signal. It's a balancing act of 3 items... Cell tower, indoor and outdoor antenna. You want to avoid the indoor antenna being physically in between the cell tower & the outdoor antenna. Which direction you park your camper is a 4th variable from campsite to campsite. That is why my Weboost master passes through a piece of 2x6 lumber with a 2.3 inch hole, C-clamped to a heavy picnic table.

I have the 390rk. Run the coax to the satellite in in your wet bay. Then you can mount the indoor unit behind the glass over the fireplace or in the bedroom.

As for starlink, there have been several people that we spoke to that are getting $125 in roaming charges. At this point we chose to wait and see if that is true or if it will iron itself out.
