We have people who are having a heart attack or all kinds of things & call their parent/child/friend etc & ask them to call an ambulance for them. Even though we create the case from the first call, they rarely have all the information so we have to call the patient or someone who’s actually with them anyway to verify details first hand, so it just wastes time.
Fake calls tend to be pretty obvious & they obviously had her number & name show up when she rang, and if it’s a small dispatch centre, probably knew she had an active case.

Don't know if different areas have different protocols - but where I live a hang up on a 911 call will generate a request to have police go to the caller's location to see if there is an emergency there. 911 would not have been aware of the police presence over the warrants but when 911 called the police dispatch that operator would have been. I think the 911 operator was suspicious about why the witness called her mom rather than 911 directly - but stuff like that can happen. Between the 2 operators they sorted it pretty quickly!

Don't know if different areas have different protocols - but where I live a hang up on a 911 call will generate a request to have police go to the caller's location to see if there is an emergency there. 911 would not have been aware of the police presence over the warrants but when 911 called the police dispatch that operator would have been. I think the 911 operator was suspicious about why the witness called her mom rather than 911 directly - but stuff like that can happen. Between the 2 operators they sorted it pretty quickly!
@@sslaytor I'm a 911 dispatcher... For my agency at least, we call back the hang ups and accidents, log the name from the caller, and close out the call. Officers don't even get wind of this info unless necessary.

“Black out” is short for “I conveniently forget everything so I am not culperable for nothing.” This type of person will blame everything and everyone but herself but won’t seek to improve herself because it’s everyone’s fault that she can’t be improved. Just lock her up and throw away the key. Wouldn’t be surprised if she was reading the comments and rage screaming for everyone being on point for the horrible person she is.

It's probably the most common trait among petty criminals and vagrants. It's like the part of their brain that's responsible for objectivity, self-awareness, and humility is completely missing. Combine that with a low IQ and you end up with people like this woman.

People are going to disagree with me, but she's a pretty good liar. I mean, keep in mind context. She failed, but as someone who has listened to a lot of liars in my life, she was really good. Her main flaw was she thought cops would stop doing what they are doing and go after a gunman like it's the movies. Well, and using her own phone, but I suspect she planned on running before they figured that out. And that's kind of sensible, they seemed to realize immediately it was a hoax. They must have her on file or something.

I just spent the last half a decade taking care of my elderly grandmother and I would have rather died than disappoint my grandmother the way this woman did. I feel so bad for that poor elderly woman.

She even had them send texts to each other in order to lie to her grandma. Notice the part when the officer told grandma he was out there, after she put on a "he lied to me" show when her boyfriend was found in the shed? She said to the officer , "You can ask my grandma, we (her and boyfriend) were fighting today, I have the texts"
So I'm thinking she had Justin send her fake "fighting" and "I'm leaving" texts just to show her grandma and create a lie so he could stay in the shed. Mentioning it as a way to further convince the officer and her grandma that she really thought he had left

And to the parents/grandparents of people like this - STOP enabling them. You are part of the problem. If they refuse to get their crap together then let them discover what rock bottom truly feels like. Y'know, there's something to be said for living a quiet and drama free life.
I deal with people like this everyday as an attorney. Their stories are always ridiculous and they always have someone else to blame except for themselves.
I’m not sure I understand why someone would lie to their attorney? If you’re hiring a attorney obviously you need professional advice to me that would screw things up by lying to your own attorney that’s just crazy.
