On June 15, 2022, a Racine County Sheriff’s deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle after observing it speeding in Racine, WI. Upon approach, the deputy noticed four children in the backseat when the vehicle only had three seatbelts in the back. The parents appeared to be argumentative and were ultimately given several citations.

4 kids not in correct seating / seatbelt = 1 point on her license for every kid that is not secured means 4 points and at 3 your license is suspended and she would have to do mandatory driving lessons and retake the license, passing both a written and practical test.

I was respectful and kind to the officer, and when he took my information back to his car, i used the time to explain to my children that we always need to respect police. And my son asked why he stopped me and i said dad was going too fast. We should always teach our kids better and own up to any mistakes we made.
The officer only gave me a warning.

Exactly, Jay Sal. You are a good parent. I just don't understand why anyone gets so angry and disrespectful to the cop right away like that. It's not going to help them. If they really wanted to just get a ticket and leave, they should have been respectful. When my kids were growing up, I always told them that everyone makes mistakes. When you make a mistake, you should apologize, try to fix it, and don't do it again. That's all we can do. 👍🏻✌🏻

Seems mom missed a stop sign. Mom was pleasant and apologized, said the stop sign was new (which it was, only put there a week before) and explained. Officer was nice and let her go with a warning. I learned then that being civil and respectful goes a long way. I would never disrespect my own family by behaving like this lovely couple did (in front of their kids, no less). We have feral people breeding like there’s no tomorrow in this country right now, all completely oblivious to their responsibilities to their fellow citizens. On the other hand: if you've ever had to get kids around, be to work on time, and run essential errands all in a short time, you would know it's not one bit easy. So could you imagine it being your only option, especially if you couldn't afford a bigger vehicle?

Why he wasn't charged for discharging a firearm in the air, I don't know. I guess they hoped Zeminsky would testify in exchange for his charges being dropped. Videos like this make me feel truly blessed for the upbringing I had. I can’t thank my parents enough for the lessons they taught me and the way they raised me. If anyone has parents like those in this video just know you can be everything these people are not. You can be better and a model example, despite the bad hand you’ve been dealt. ❤️

Amen to that; I had a wonderful childhood- not much money, as Dad was the one who worked long hours to support all of us while Mom was a stay-at-home mother. We were expected to follow the rules, always respect our elders, and our parents, get good grades, always think of others before ourselves. People nowadays have a hard time being parents who actually CARE how their children turn out!

Yup! My two brothers have an abusive..in almost every way, father yet they both have families are are the most sweet and loving fathers. My younger sister and I dealt w him as a stepdad for over 20 years. I was eldest…I bore the brunt of the bullshit.
The cycle can completely be broken. Sometimes it’s simply disgust at the way your own childhood was wrecked. You vow that no kid is gonna deal w that if you can help it. I did the same. It’s absolutely a breakable cycle. You can do BETTER for your own kids. Come on, people.

If you're walking in the forest and see something that looks like a snake, its better to judge it as something negative than to ponder and deliberate what it COULD be, so you walk away.
What makes a human intelligent is knowing WHEN to judge a book by its cover.

I grew up in a home like this, where my dad was rude. He couldn't control his anger, and it was unpredictable. In my house, with my parents, everything that happened, it was always 100% someone else's fault.
At best, my dad's inability to manage his anger was embarrassing. He would get inappropriately hostile and angry at normal people out in the world (my dad had a long running animosity towards parking lot attendants). At worst, when his irrational anger was turned on me, it was debilitating and left me feeling crushed.
It sucked. But there are worse things in life. Fortunately I got therapy when I was young, and I seperated myself from their drama.
