That was so amazing.. I always like Tzigane because it depicts inside insanity for me, personally. But this performance, it seemed that I understood the sadness where that insanity came from. I hope even in my deams, I can play this piece

Alla fine del brano il grande Ravel ha voluto ricordare la vita bella della giovane zingara che vedeva un suo futuro radioso. Col tempo la zingara s'è resa conto della sua vita straziante, urlata e infelice ma le era impossibile ribellarsi. Al suo anelito di giustizia le viene in soccorso l'amore che tutto addolcise e placa. Più o meno questo mi ha fatto capire la grande violinista.

Outstanding performance! Someone needs to educate the cameraman on how to film a violinist though! We're not interested in the back of her head!
c'est très bien joué mais ce violon ne semble pas à la hauteur de l'artiste ou c'est tout simplement la prise de son qui est médiocre dommage .Le micro est trop près du violon .Un bon ingénieur du son c'est difficile à trouver mais ça existe
J'ai lu qu'elle joue le Guarneri ''del Gesu" 1741 Vieuxtemps , ou un Stradivarius... difficile de faire mieux en tant qu'instrument. Sounded totally fine on my decent Grado Labs headphones.
This pianist is amazing but recording quality/engineering is so bad. The balance of violin and piano is so bad.
