- They Knew what PITTMAN ARM is ! The REAL REASON they DIDN'T WANT to serve me, Because The Store Manager,Who KNOWS ME (NEIGHBOR) DOESN'T LIKE ME FILMING the POLICE!

I started to film in the store,3 minutes after they acted they Don't Know what is Pittman Arm and STARTED to Play GAMES, Telling Me to look for it in DIFFERENT PLACES!

You can't fuck with employees in a store and expect not to get kicked out
If he walked into my business talking to my employees like that he would also get banned! I told my employees if a customer is disrespectful and rude by all means kick them out! Obviously that’s the last thing we want to do but if they are unreasonable and you can’t calm the situation do what u gotta do. Last thing I want is my employees treated like crap then want to quit. Honestly these are 99% of the time bottom feeder customers they spend no money, waste ur time and try to scam you anyway.

A pitman arm steering linkage part has to be ordered at the counter specifically for the vehicle. Ok. The pitman arm 'puller' is a universal removal tool located in the aisle. Know what your asking for.
You maybe a customer, but your not entitled to harass a worker that is human like all of us. Manager did a good job protecting his employees.
If you say pit man arm to me I can think of 5 diff things you want especially if you don't say anything about a car. I worked at oriellys for 5 years and delt with ppl like this all the time and kicked them out my self . They always say "online is cheaper" lol then why are you even there in the first place😂
Online is easier than dealing with Z-Gen at the counter.
This is why I don’t work in the auto retail department anymore because of stuff that leads to getting videoed in expose all over the Internet

As an employee for this company. Zero tolerance for this behavior. All stores will deny you service acting this way. You buy them parts online, they are made poorly. When they fail, you need to replace or warranty. Wait 5 to 7 days on sending them back to the manufacturer. .
Hey genius, parts sold on places like rock auto are repackaged and sold by places like autozone.

Calling the police honestly I don’t even know what people do with their lives anymore except for arguing I want this I want that and return this return now I want my money back call the police doesn’t make any sense anymore. That’s why I won’t work in the auto parts, retail business no more because of stuff stuff like this.

Dude poor management. Pitman arms are stored in the back with hard parts employees have to look up part number then go pull the part. The picture he pointed out is part of rental tool program it’s a tool used to take of said pitman arm. Either way both items are not located on sales floor and the display on the desk has exact part numbers of the tools written below the tool to help you save time looking it up. Sad store and management.
Take a closer look when he went down 3. That was the tool section and there were pitman arm puller for sale.

@@coolandgood1010 he is successful because his behaviour for recording is steered with a goal, the high-light of the story per video is bad customer service. He wasn't rude; to me more firm and to point. He's at a car part store not magic mountain. Employee goal is not work related. No service and no deescalation, the customer on his own video broke no behaviour conduct code per city, the store wasn't closed, so he's not trespassing, he didn't assault nobody just recording being himself, acting down to earth and very comprehensive to his surrounding, and tone and intimidating big fail for no reason, just comply or they'll make something up. He didn't break anything to be asked to leave. Just being himself and recording. He is not disorderly or contempt on the public area part of the video. Neither did he enter secured areas in the video. Just talking, hes pointing things out. All of a sudden..... You! & Me.... Now almost doing the same video. You would kick me and him out even if I didn't talk or sound like him... I get you're point. Its his behaviour.

Maybe, if you let the O'Reilly Auto Parts corporate office know how you were treated, just maybe they will send you a Pittman Arm free of charge, to make up for the bad service. They don't want their employees acting like that towards customers.
