In most structural engineering design training and ETABS tutorials,engineers get to see software based structural design. An engineer is complete when the scheme development,load calculations,seismic analysis, structural design and detailing is complete.
In reality detailing conveys the design intent and in this video,we have covered the structural detailing of columns by hand after structural design is done using etabs.
