I loved your presentation of this home. It was nice to hear someone describe a home without using "this kitchen is INSANE" . I doubt that anyone who regularly using "insane" as a superlative would be over 20 years old and can afford this type of home. One minor suggestion, when a bedroom has a bathroom immediately adjoining, it's traditionally referred to using the French derived "en suite", pronounced like "on suite". 😉
Hey Peter, good stuff! However, as a videographer, you should ask your camera person to slow down a bit ;) Moving a bit to fast with all the pans and don't have the time to really look at what you're showing IMO... thanks!
its very nice but its in Illinois and Illinois has a terrible reputation now and believe it or not it makes everything look bad and gives a feeling of not being safe including areas around Chicago, the laws lawlessness politics politicians taxes its just a bit overwhelming, this is a beautiful property make no mistake about it but where it is is the deal breaker for me, still i thank you for the tour of this wonderful gem.
This house is outdated and over-priced! It really does not offer much, not even privacy! For $3M I would absolutely build my own house and get a lot more amenities. Where is the butler's pantry or the modern kitchen appliances? It is also close to a busy street...really? How about $1.5M?
It was probably built for $1.5 million 20 to 30 years ago. So you think properties values shouldn't go up? They should just sell it for what they bought it for, just because the decor inside, which was right for the time it was built, no longer is 20 or 30 years later? That's not how real estate works. If they spent a million or so dollars to update it to current tastes, then it wouldn't be $3.3 million, it would be $5.3 million.😂

Great tour! Keep them coming.
Thank you I appreciate it!
I love it 💚💚💚
Nice. Huge kitchen! Someone with a flare for interior design could do wonders.
Incredible!! Oak Brook is such a beautiful neighborhood!
It has no class. This is too much money for something that isn't on the north shore or out in the far northwest burbs.
@@activelow9297 ????????????
Please change all of the wood trim, casements and Cabinetry from dark brown to Benjamin Moore white dove
Amazing
Yeah I don't know about that list price...
Nice house for older people
Or young people with taste.
Interior needs more color variety. Way too much brown everywhere.
I know what you mean, brown was in when this was built
What pool?
You know... the one under the snow...

Very nice! Unfortunately it's in Chicago. Too much crime!
Oakbrook is nowhere near The city
Unfortunately, it’s still in Illinois 🤮🤮
