Royal!Papyrus is an Undertale AU by J-Bug where Papyrus joins the Royal Guards! Despite Papyrus have some issues with the other guards causing Papyrus to realize some of his weaknesses... Undyne found Papyrus as a powerful fighter and puzzle master!
... oh and Sans zips his hoodie and wears shoes since he follows Papyrus around (too many canines and snowballs were thrown). You also fight Sans in Snowdin where he teaches you what blue attacks are :D

Honestly. I really love the new "chorus", or "B part" of Bonetussle. It's so happy and catchy. Now that I read some comments, it's really like Papyrus finally got what he really wanted.
Edit: I realized why the chorus is catchy and sounds like it perfectly fits into Undertale. It's the Snowdin Town leitmotif. :)
i see it more as nostalgic, it almost sounds sad in a way, like the yearning of much more simpler times, theres an obvious indication that the song keeps trying to revert back to bonetrousle, but forces itself to give off more fancier melodies, its honestly in character for him, papyrus realizes that he doesn't need a royal guard status to make him happy, just some good friends and simple good old times, the song even reverts back into bonetrousle after the snowdin melody
they also managed to sneak in megalo strike back in there

I really love the idea of Papyrus adopting the Snowdin melody into his theme just to pay 'home-age'
Ya know with this music I would love to see a battle with a Papyrus that actually did make it into the royal guard, but it's still undertale Papyrus. He still acts like the skeleton you see in the game, just kinda stronger and more determined to capture you. I say he still acts like his undertale self because there are so many things like disbelief, which I have nothing against, he's pretty cool, but his character does act very very different then what you see in game lol.
Edit: Actually I juts found that animation and it was pretty much exactly what I wanted lol.

I can’t get over how amazing this is, the theme and animation for the fan game is amazing, and it’s awesome finally seeing a fan idea for papyrus, sans needs a break from all the “I get hit and now I’m not gonna die and gonna fill you cuz I have plot armor” games, some are amazing but there is just too much of them, and it’s a nice relief seeing such a interesting idea and amazing theme song for papyrus!
