I absolutely love this au idea, it sticks to the canon papyrus and ask the main question, “what would papyrus do” it’s something that I feel is amazing as papyrus may be seen as a harmless friend but in general he is just a really nice hunter he still does his job even though he can get off track, heck this stays to the canon more then disbelief papyrus!
Undyne has said that he's pretty strong (and if we're talking about Undyne then calling someone pretty strong shows that they are probably as strong as her), the only problem with him is that he's just very kind hearted. And has no intention to kill. Only to weaken you to capture you.

Was listening to the song on background while typing some stuff, started aggresively headbanging when I heard a Battle Agaisnt a True Hero motif- jokes aside, really love the inclusion of that motif, feels really fitting (for obvious reasons)

I like how at 1:01, it uses the battle against a true hero motif. It's a nice touch, given that it's the motif for Undyne the Undying and Mettaton NEO, characters who only appear in the genocide route.
Even though Papyrus Beleif is a undeniably more cannon outlook on what would papyrus do in a disbeleif setting... people have to realize that Disbeleif layed the groundwork for 90% of good undertale "fangames/fan battles" and even ENTIRE AUs, like while it wasnt the first it was the first BIG one. So I dont honestly know why people hate Disbeleif SO much now that beleif is a thing. Like Revenge the Unseen Ending is not remotley canon AT ALL yet its a fun senario to think about. And Likewise Disbeleif's Phase 4 is realistically some of the best justice Papyrus as a character recived for a long while until Beleif's existance... so please stop hating on Disbeleif so hard for no good reason... please?

I think he can use harder attacks and more types of bones but gaster blasters are a bit of a streech since he seems to have no connection at all with Gaster to begin with (Sans could have been a lab assistant)

2:49 very specific but the image this wild portion of the song gives me is just papyrus throwing out an attack that changes the bullet box into a chaotic highway where you have to avoid getting run over by several copies of papyrus' car from the credits driven by little bones that throw even smaller bones or lay down banana peels (which cause other cars to spin out so you have to dodge them) all while frank occasionally pops in to blast the cars off the road.
