I changed the rotation somewhat this time, focusing on getting all the big skills together in a burst since we only use off hand skills once in the loop. This should make it quite easy to play, since we practically repeat the opener every time we finish off in Glint. However, this build severely underperforms compared to every other elite specialization. I strongly advise playing something else if you can not take advantage of its CC and boon access.
Small buff to Forceful Persistence, adding around 1k dps. I think Arenanet expected this to have a great effect, but the issue is that this trait stacks additively with all other damage modifiers, so even a good increase like this is not impactful at all.
That said, I really like the trait and it is a good example of managing the profession well to gain greater benefits. Making it multiplicative would be the first step to making Herald competitive, which it has never really had the opportunity to be.

Its not so bad 😊
The key is to keep as many upkeep skills as possible active then proccing them at while they are dps skills while getting the energy management sorted
Its easiest to break it up in pieces
Keep 6 &7 effect up at all cost for dps buff and have the f2 always active. Dont drop it
Then build up from it 😊
