Slippy is not that bad. He is the team's engineer, an inventor, and expert hacker capable of getting enemy shield data quickly an accurately in just a matter of seconds. While he may be bad at keeping enemies off his tail, he makes a substantial contribution to the team.
In short... while Slippy may be the worst pilot in the Star Fox team, that still puts him somewhere in the top 8 pilots *in the entire system* (and I say Top 8 because Star Wolf exists).

They wrapped it up in one series but it was very popular. Me and my friends loved it. Had all the action figures, comics, video games. I have the DVD set too. I don't know why they didn't continue but if it ever comes back I think it will be popular. Larry Hama, who created it, has an unpublished 2ND graphic novel so you never know! He had nothing to do with the cartoon though just the comic

Samurai Jack vs Afro Samurai. That seems like a good match up, is it not better to have two opponents of near equal ability and power to fight? Sure a one sided fight can be entertaining but most of the time is boring. Both are samurai and have quite the track record to prove their skills with the sword.
I would give it to Jack. He is much more than a Samurai being trained in martial arts, archery, stealth and even tactics. To my VERY limited knowledge of Afro Samurai, he's a very skilled swordsman and might even outskill Jack but I don't know if he has the skillset to compensate like Jack does.

Well, that seems true enough. However, if killing is evil then Jack's sword would work because Afro has indeed killed many, and he did it for revenge which is considered evil. So while Afro is not evil himself he has a lot of evil nature emotions and such in his heart.
well I guess that would be subjective, vengeance isn't inherently good or evil, it's more if the person takes joy in executing the act of vengeance and afro never really showed that he got joy from his path or signs of bloodlust (he even states at one point that his only aim is to move forward). it was more that killing was a necessity to accomplish his goal and nothing more. akin to a soldier in battle, they have to kill to accomplish their mission and survive but they aren't evil or in some cases even enjoy having to take a life. a perfect counterpoint would be to compare Jinno to Afro, Jinno is an example who has the bloodlust and takes joy in enacting his revenge.
Even tho this wasn't a super gorey one, there was something about being choked to death that seems especially brutal, particularly when the previous few min were more fast paced

I love hares, and fox MAY be stronger, but his games are objectively shovelware. Bucky has great games, and he is cute. Fox is too serious all the time. Bucky is awesome, and he killed Slippy, because he was too weak to protect himself. He didn't kill Slippy, because he was a toad, he wanted to save the strongest ones for later.
As a kid of the 80's My stepmom couldn't stop me from sneaking down stirs to watch Bucky O'Hare. Upstate NY it would come on at 6:00 am Saturday Morning. My favorite cereal to eat while watching Bucky was Captain Crunch with crunch berries. I miss the 80's.

Just some ideas for future Death Battles: 1) Alduin (The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim) vs. Deathwing (Warcraft franchise) Two famous dragons that are also seen as "World Destroyers." Also fitting since WoW and The Elder Scrolls: Online will be butting heads soon. 2) The Witch King (Lord of the Rings) vs. The Lich King (Warcraft franchise) The rhyming of their names just begs for them to be pit against each other. 3) Dexter (Dexter's Laboratory) vs. Stewie (Family Guy) Seth MacFarlane was involved in the writing for both characters, who both also happen to be boy geniuses. 4) Luigi (Mario Bros. franchise) vs. Tails (Sonic franchise) Both perpetual second fiddles. And this is the "Year of Luigi" and all.
I dunno. Other than pollution and hatred in one's heart, Captain Planet has no weaknesses. Now, as seen in the episode The Painted Lady, waterbending can be used to manipulate toxic sludge, but like the Goku vs. Superman fight Aang would need to be able to figure out that pollution would work through the course of the fight, if he can.

Most of Captain Planet's abilities are based on the elements. I think Aang would win this one. But at the same time Captain Planet's abilities and limitations are never fully explained...but... it also takes 5 teenagers to assemble him.
That's pretty much a no-brainer that Ganondorf would win. Bowser just can't match Ganondorf's seemingly limitless extent of power. A battle between Bowser and King Dedede would be a much better fight where it won't be so one-sided.
I love how smooth the fight animation runs! Come to think of it, I'm actually glad Fox won. For one, Fox wins if EVERYTHING is included in their arsenals, which is why I love the original fight. I personally think Bucky wins if they only had their basic/normal arsenals, which is why I'd watch my alternate ending of this fight. Great video.The only thing I disagree with is that Bucky always has troops in ground combat. That's not always true. There are many cases when Bucky fought on his own.

I love hares, and fox MAY be stronger, but his games are objectively shovelware. Bucky has great games, and he is cute. Fox is too serious all the time. Bucky is awesome, and he killed Slippy, because he was too weak to protect himself. He didn't kill Slippy, because he was a toad, he wanted to save the strongest ones for later.

As a kid of the 80's My stepmom couldn't stop me from sneaking down stirs to watch Bucky O'Hare. Upstate NY it would come on at 6:00 am Saturday Morning. My favorite cereal to eat while watching Bucky was Captain Crunch with crunch berries. I miss the 80's.

1) Alduin (The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim) vs. Deathwing (Warcraft franchise)
Two famous dragons that are also seen as "World Destroyers." Also fitting since WoW and The Elder Scrolls: Online will be butting heads soon.
2) The Witch King (Lord of the Rings) vs. The Lich King (Warcraft franchise)
The rhyming of their names just begs for them to be pit against each other.
3) Dexter (Dexter's Laboratory) vs. Stewie (Family Guy)
Seth MacFarlane was involved in the writing for both characters, who both also happen to be boy geniuses.
4) Luigi (Mario Bros. franchise) vs. Tails (Sonic franchise)
Both perpetual second fiddles. And this is the "Year of Luigi" and all.

I dunno. Other than pollution and hatred in one's heart, Captain Planet has no weaknesses. Now, as seen in the episode The Painted Lady, waterbending can be used to manipulate toxic sludge, but like the Goku vs. Superman fight Aang would need to be able to figure out that pollution would work through the course of the fight, if he can.

Most of Captain Planet's abilities are based on the elements. I think Aang would win this one. But at the same time Captain Planet's abilities and limitations are never fully explained...but... it also takes 5 teenagers to assemble him.

That's pretty much a no-brainer that Ganondorf would win. Bowser just can't match Ganondorf's seemingly limitless extent of power. A battle between Bowser and King Dedede would be a much better fight where it won't be so one-sided.
I love how smooth the fight animation runs! Come to think of it, I'm actually glad Fox won. For one, Fox wins if EVERYTHING is included in their arsenals, which is why I love the original fight. I personally think Bucky wins if they only had their basic/normal arsenals, which is why I'd watch my alternate ending of this fight. Great video.The only thing I disagree with is that Bucky always has troops in ground combat. That's not always true. There are many cases when Bucky fought on his own.
