I’m back in communication with my SP after almost 2 years. He broke NC & reached out. Things are not how I assumed they would be. He still gets upset & jealous when I go out with other people yet he also just wants to be friends.

Veronica thank you I just feel helpless because he was willing to wait and work on things but our mutual friend omg she’s purposely doing things to trigger me. I opened up to her about my vulnerability and she just wow. The thing I asked her not to do she did and then because so much ahas happened she tried to cover things by hurting me and to mask her actions by doing the same thing she did to me to another couple and with friends; they are not the same thing because I specifically told her that it made me feel uncomfortable and that I have a trauma and fear with that being done with me because it reminds me of my past and make me feel insecure or like she has interest in my person. I asked her please not to do this and she did it anyway and ignored my feelings and told me that I should trust her. How can I do that if you specifically and purposefully do the very thing I asked you not to do
