    I use 4 HomePod minis with my Apple TV in my bedroom and they sound shockingly good. Especially if you can snag them up used for 50$. But I have two studios and several echos already so I plan on using them in my living room I think. Solid video. Thanks for the info!

    Good morning I hope this finds you well. I was just wondering which speaker stands did you end up going with for the echo studios and also did you set up the echo forges with the echo Studios together as for speakers or were you just demonstrating them as a separate set, I have just recently purchased the echo sub, and both of the studios, but I also have some echo fifth gyms around and thought maybe I could pair them in as well, but from what I understand, you’re only allowed to set up a 2.1 configuration thanks so much

      I have a link in the description for the speaker stands
      As for the setup you can only pair 2 Echos units and a sub to any configuration,

    I have a echo dot 4th generation paired with my fire stick in my home cinema, and it doesn’t let me add my other echo dot 3rd generation, will a 5th generation work with the 4th one? Or do I have to buy another 4th

    • @fluxautomate
      @fluxautomate  7 месяцев назад

      Not to sure on this one. I would really suggest having both devices in the same generation or your sound is going to be unbalanced.

    Thanks for the video and very helpful. Amazon just released an Amazon Fire TV Soundbar Plus with subwoofer and surround sound speakers, 5.1 channel, Dolby Atmos, DTS. I'm wondering if you would still recommend the Studios. Thanks again!

      Good review on soundbar plus. I’m considering the soundbar plus over this setup for convenience and sounds seems to be good as well

    Wonderful video! I love the Studio but do not have it :( I have an Echo dot 5th gen. Why did u go for 4th gen and not 5th gen? 5th gen has a larger driver size.
    Keep making such videos!

      Glad you enjoyed it. This was a video I had to re-edit and repost from a year or so ago. All the info and setup processes are the same. I had a copyright infringement so had to do over the audio test segment.

    Tried this myself and although its a great option for the minimalist and quite flexible and wireless is a boon....
    The issue is that no sound comes from the centre front of the TV - dialogue sounds disconnected and its a bit of an odd sound overall.
    Still great but no real substitute for a physical speaker front and centre.

    • @fluxautomate
      @fluxautomate  11 месяцев назад

      Yes I would agree to a degree. But the spacial effects work really well when setup correctly through a FireTV stick just make sure not to place your speakers too close or to wide apart..
      Thanks for the feedback, much appropriated.

    Not sure how you managed it where many others have failed but demonstrated the difference in sound between the two precisely, it's night and day. I wonder if it is worth adding amazon sub to the two studios, they nearly have enough bass out of the box.

      Thank you 😀. If you like bass in your movies then you should definitely try it.

    I have 2 echo’s and echo sub I want to use as my TV surround sound, it’s an Amazon Omni Fire TV, do you set them up as a ‘room’ in the Alexa app, or Surround sound on the TV itself?

    • @fluxautomate
      @fluxautomate  7 месяцев назад +1

      You need to combine the speakers in the Alexa app and ad Fire TV stick or create the group via the setup on your fire TV Stick

    Place both of the echo studios near and at the sides of your seats or sofa for a more immersive experience. Instead of placing them in front. By doing so , the sound becomes truly 3 dimensional . Just give it a try 😂
