I have done a few.
what do you do with those test keys. give them to the customer as an extra emergency key ?
I give most to the customer for a spare if they should get locked out. If they have an attitude, I toss them in the brass bucket.

Great Video as always Jay! The fill program gives you the key code, so does that code tell the cutter to skip the first 4 spaces when cutting?
You can just fill them with any cuts, I just fill it with the first thing that comes up if they don't matter.

Which cars need 2 keys to program?
A lot of Ford and Mazda need 2, new GM requires 2 keys to OBP an extra key. You may want to get some good auto books.
