I've said it before ..... at the very least Hannah Hidalgo is in the conversation for the best Notre Dame freshman athlete in the history of the school. Only my ignorance of the school's entire history keeps me from saying she is the best.

Greg and Dara awesome show! I would love for you both to address the half court offense on a future episode. I’ve been following this program since Skylar. In the past going back to Skylar and Natalie Novasel there was a lot more back door cuts by the guards and just more movement to the offense. I feel like the last few years our half court offense has become too stagnant. You essentially have 3 guards hanging along the perimeter and two bigs down low. One big sets a high screen and the point guard Ie Hannah tries her best to create. I know Niele wants to get out in transition but against quality teams that’s not always going to be there. So it seems like there’s a lack of emphasis on our half court offense and the movement within it. Want to hear Dara’s feedback on this in a future show. I feel like nobody in the media asks this question. Greatly appreciate your feedback!

I agree with this 100 percent! The offense needs to be way more dynamic. There’s so much standing around.
Also, I feel like there’s a confidence thing happening with KK and Kylie. They both produced so much more last year.

I agree! ND needs to go back to running the Princeton Offense entirely! We see it in spurts, but this NBA Style offense that Niele runs is geared towards people that can create their own shot. The only person that can create their shot at the moment is Hannah! With this offense there’s a lot of standing around and little to no movement which makes us predictable to guard! The team will look more potent running the Princeton offense! There will be more movement, back door cuts, etc!
