I was listening to a song modified to quiet the ADHD brain and I realized the rapid back and forth shuts my brain down and that's why I like ear-to-ear and delay ASMR so much. And your channel is perfect for that.
Yeah, I find the same thing. I still have the ones from my doc but these are just as effective, way better variety, and generally more pleasant than the mostly clinical ones.

Whow! Tis video is incredible!! It was just so hypnotic and bewitching and my brain went completely numb and relaxed, so many times, it was like it had been submerged into a not bath. The giggles and shivers that I kept getting were amazing and so often throughout the video and as I got the shivers, I could feel the hairs on the top of my head and the back of my arms, standing up on end. The ephemera link misty background, was fabulous too, giving the scene a dreamy, strange and other worldly feel to it. Just a brilliant video from beginning to end. Xx

It's funny how delay is often considered eerie while you are framing it as relaxing - and I think the mindset you have while listening determines whether you experience it as one or the other. I think your experiment was very successful and despite this being the first video of yours that I'm watching, I am truly happy for you that it worked out so well, as you put in plenty of time to do this 🙂
This is kinda funny.. I've been having ADHD stuff all my life, but given some chronic pain issues, lately I've been struggling to keep my mind alert, while also having troubles shutting it down to sleep. This video is seemingly helping really waking my mind up and making me alert in a nice way. Have to try this in the morning if I'm dragging too much.

I usually laugh at asmr videos, I always think they are just a joke but this one got me.
I feel like I'm walking down a spooky hallway in a video game where I've forgotten who or where I am. All I hear is the pump of my heart, the sound of nameless whispers, the skitter of countless insects, and the clawing of nails on barricaded doors. I collapse somewhere down the hallway, and between scattered dreams I see the face of a pretty lady whose name I've forgotten, but who seems so familiar. Her comforting voice pulls me back to reality, reminding me that I'm going to be okay but I have to keep moving.
