    That's why in DBT the therapist has a consultation group that supports the therapist. It helps keep the therapist on track and works with their feelings etc.

    I was only teasing you. On a random note, I think this "mentalizing" technique would be excellent for people with ADD. I have ADD and sometimes my thoughts race and I get into intense moods based in faulty cognition. Just learning about these techniques has helped me quite a bit.

    Overstimulate the attachment system... So basically if you try to have a relationship with a pwBPD, then you are pretty much doomed.
    She seems to have a lot of treatment or maybe she just hides it well.
    What I cannot understand is why did she ever think she could have a relationship with me. I told her that I'd be leaving town.
