Kaeya is my FAVOURITE CHARACTERS. Not only does he wield the best element, hes an awesome character, both in context of story and personality and how good it feels to play him. I have been and always will be a kaeya main and no matter how good the characters get, kaeya will always be the best. And i will not let ANYONE forget abt him.
