A basic cleanser, toner, and moisturizer work fine, and if you have the money a serum and an occasional facemask! This girl is an influencer so she's showing of products to advertise them and influence others to get them "to have a good skincare routine. Its unnecessary and some of these things she doesn't even need, like the one time use towels, just use a washcloth

It's how these content creators make money. Enjoy the pleasing aesthetic but don't buy into the falsity that this is grounded in reality and apart of her day to day life. If this was the extent of these people's lives it would be a very lonely, wasteful and unfulfilling one at that, however pleasing to the eyes it may be.
