thanks guys for being there with me for the last 2 years. i asked for your ideas when i was putting this together. i truly hope i managed this in the least triggering way possible whilst still reflecting on my own recovery & journey. most clips can be viewed elsewhere on my channel or are extended clips from other videos

This video was so emotional, but so hearwarming for me, as somebody who is also in recovery it's so not easy, I'm autistic and so my structure and routine is so rigid,
I now I eat more suitable meals for myself, but it's sadly very slow and like you say in your video its not all sunshine and rainbows, I sadly find myself feeling a little down and feel like I am slowly regressing, hence why i am watching your video to help build back my motivation and happiness to eat more and stay in recovery.
I love your videos, so calming, encouraging and you are just a lovely one to watch compared to my usual youtubers I watch who are quite shouty and gaming related, I like this channel and you so much better. can't wait for what future content awaits on your patforms, i just followed you on instagram yesterday

Thank you so much for everything. I've struggled with my disorder for a couple of years now, trying to recover for about two years. Our recoveries somewhat aligned time-wise (in terms of choosing recovery at the same time and being recovered at the same time), and so I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you have done for me. Being able to recover "along side you" helped me in so, so many ways. My ed is different than many that my doctors and therapists had seen (without getting into details), and so they did little to help me. I was given up on by just about everyone, including my family. Being able to watch your videos and read your posts on insta helped me find the courage and keep the motivation to recover. I self recovered after being abandoned by medical professionals, but I would not have been able to recover if not for you. I am here because of you. There are so many words that come to my mind when I want to express my gratitude for you and all you have done for me, but they are too many to write down; I will just leave it at a simple thank you. Thank you for all you have done.
You are literally a life saver.

Wow Milly. I think I must've discovered your channel quite early on and I remember watching the videos and thinking how hesitant and deep in your behaviours you were. It has been such a journey to watch your recovery journey, through such well edited videos which also have also taught me a good amount. I really love all the attention to detail you put into your videos, and I can only imagine how long it took to put together the montage for this video!
Thank you so much for continuing to put the work in and post consistently. I look forward to seeing more travel if that is something you're interested in focussing your channel towards 🙂
