    I signed up today as a basic (free) user but already want to upgrade but it is not clear how to do so without cancelling the free account and starting again. Any tips, please? Is there an online user guide?

    I registered four days ago - so far no response from Tuta, no approval. Experience shows that you can safely give up hope in such cases. I have no idea what Tuta wants, why they promise the promise of the blue sky but fail at the first hurdle.

    I cannot get your desktop app to install on my Mac. It does not download the installer file in a format my Mac can unpack. Not very user friendly atm.

      Thanks for your feedback. What is the error message? Is you Mac up-to-date? You should be able to install the app from here without any issue: tuta.com/#download

      @@TutaPrivacy me back again. The only thing changed so far is that from "wait 48 hrs" is that new login is required and rejected.
      Restore code, as u can imagine is copy and pasted by me, a new passphrase generated but now not even login is working.
      I'm only working via 📱by app.
      This test on my patience is nerve wrecking . . . 🙄°

      @@farrider3339 I'm just a user of the service and was reading your post about your problem. Have you tried downloading the computer app and logging in?
      I'm not saying there's a problem with the mobile app but sometimes odd malfunctions can happen so trying another device or computer can make the difference in success.

      You'll need the recovery code to reset your password. Is it a free or paid account?

    How to block spam email coming to tutanota??? No matter what I do, reported as spam but it keeps coming 😤

      I have exactly the same problem. Emails reported by me as spam could at least be automatically moved to the Spam folder. But unfortunately there is no such option.

    Does Tutanota RUclips channel delete critical comments/questions?!!! You have deleted my comment from yesterday! I can not believe it!!!

      No, we do not deleted critical comments, possibly Google or some algorithms did this.

    Hi, please provide a one time Payment option aswell, something like a lifetime membership. Maybe a 75-100$ or something like that, that can be such a hasslefree thing. Atleast when it comes to the private accounts. Like not delete it 😅😅 we will pay for just atleast not deleting In 6 months.
