I registered four days ago - so far no response from Tuta, no approval. Experience shows that you can safely give up hope in such cases. I have no idea what Tuta wants, why they promise the promise of the blue sky but fail at the first hurdle.

@@TutaPrivacy me back again. The only thing changed so far is that from "wait 48 hrs" is that new login is required and rejected. Restore code, as u can imagine is copy and pasted by me, a new passphrase generated but now not even login is working. I'm only working via 📱by app. This test on my patience is nerve wrecking . . . 🙄°
@@farrider3339 I'm just a user of the service and was reading your post about your problem. Have you tried downloading the computer app and logging in? I'm not saying there's a problem with the mobile app but sometimes odd malfunctions can happen so trying another device or computer can make the difference in success.
I have exactly the same problem. Emails reported by me as spam could at least be automatically moved to the Spam folder. But unfortunately there is no such option.
Hi, please provide a one time Payment option aswell, something like a lifetime membership. Maybe a 75-100$ or something like that, that can be such a hasslefree thing. Atleast when it comes to the private accounts. Like not delete it 😅😅 we will pay for just atleast not deleting In 6 months.

I cannot get your desktop app to install on my Mac. It does not download the installer file in a format my Mac can unpack. Not very user friendly atm.

Could you try to access Tutanota with a different connection, e.g. different WIFI or mobile data?

No, we do not deleted critical comments, possibly Google or some algorithms did this.
